They price match alcohol. I brought them a picture of rum from port that was a couple $s cheaper and the ship matched it.

Working at a department store, I feel like I have a very good handle on what is a good deal on the ship, especially with my employee discount, so not much. Also, when I tell the spa folks I work at M***ys, they stop with the sales pitch.

I didn't say no one buys them. We sell lots of them. I'm saying they are not a premium brand. The average price of an MK is $300 to $600+. Guess is under $100. We don't put security tags on them. We don't have a theft problem with them like we do with like a brand like Coach, etc.

Guess is considered the "costume jewelry" of the handbag world.

It's called "cruising" for a reason.

I always wondered why Guess was such a big deal on the ship. I work for a major department store and Guess handbags are not considered high end. They are kept in a different area from Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, etc.

Same here, I was about 6 months post op and they said I couldn't get a massage. I got a facial instead.

This just goes to show you how subjective taste can be. The hubs loves Italian food. I can take it or leave it. It all tastes the same to me. He loves it. We always have supper there at least once.

I missed it on our last cruise, too. I'm making it a point to hit the buffet first to make sure I get some.

I bet they claim that Bingo is sanctioned gambling by the cruise line.
