Well that was the end of Day #3 onboard (Tuesday).....tomorrow we would be in Montego Bay, Jamaica (our first port of call)

My worst cruise was on the Destiny too. However I'm eager to find out what has become of her this coming Sunday.

The dining room in the front of the ship is on Deck 3 and it is the Assigned Dining time. I was very surprised at how small this dining room was. Very low ceilings and the tables were very close together. I am glad we didn't eat in there. It would have made for an uncomfortable dining experience.

Hello everybody. Sorry I didn't post much over the weekend. We had Christmas with my uncle on Saturday and I started my new job today.

Love your review; we are going on the 8day southern Carib on the Sunshine

in May.

I thought for a minute I had missed something; I thought the dining room on the Sunshine was called Sunrise. But I guess they both have a sunrise.

Oh my; we will be in cabin 9136 and need a mini bar for diabetic supplies. Has anyone been in that cabin. Maybe I should call special needs to find out if they have a mini bar in that cabin

we just love to be on a cruise and find we can cruise more if we choose an inside cabin.

Remember to bring a flashlight we get little clip on lights from the dollar store and they work great.

It is not creepy at all; it is the Enchanted Forest which is a nice quiet place to read a book or play cards

I find this creepy, isn't this the sister ship to Miracle?

thanks for all the help; I think this will work for us. I did call the Port Authority and they said the cost is $125.00 for the week. He did not say anything about when leaving the ship, but he thought they will give us a ticket and pick the car up for us.

Do you think we should give them a tip since we are paying 20 dollars more for the valet?

Just discovered they have valet parking at the Carnival Legend port terminal. Can anyone give me details.

I am handicapped and we are getting up there in age so if they do have valet; it would be great for us.

Last cruise in October we got two baseball caps. Doing the Dream in 9 days and wondering what we will get this time.

In Sept. we got the mugs

trying to get more to sign up only about 7 cabins so far and today is the deadline

Milestone cruise (25th) on the Legend; we were invited to have dinner with the Captain and some of his staff. What a great evening. Also had pictures taken with him.

Just had our 37th cruise, again on the Legend and invited to a reception with the Captain, but he did not show up. We still had a great time.'

We have 22 of the mugs and plan on giving them away on our Dec 15 cruise in the stocking stuffers. I think Carnival people will appreciate them more than my relatives for Christmas. Also have Carnival picture frames to give out. Only disadvantage to going on lots of cruise in the same year:D

paid $50 to be the first on the ship so move out of my way.
