  1. You are aware that Rainbow Falls is in the opposite direction of the volcano. And it's in the outskirts of Hilo, so about a 15 minutes drive by taxi, depending on the timing of your volcano tour you might still be able to visit the Fall, which is not that impressive as it sounds and only with the right conditions you'll see the rainbow (been there twice and couldn't see it both times)
  2. Yeah, did Pearl Harbor with theBus in November 2017 on my own and it stopps at every corner therefore takes more than an hour for the drive...
  3. For Hilo I can recommend "The Pineapples" and at street food corner at the market there is a great Poke place
  4. Yeah, as others pointed out all the islands of Hawaii have once been volcanoes and many extinct or dorming craters are visible on almost every island. The whole Kailua Bay on Oahu is a submerged caldera of a super volcano. But the only active one is on Big Island and probably best to see from Hilo, if you can and your cruise alllows it, stay till it's dark and you see the whole lava much clearer then by day...

    Road to Hana

Agree, was without a cruise on Maui and it's not for nothing called "the Road to Hana" - either you make it to Hana or not at all...

    Kona diy

I don't think you got time to do the Volcano NP on your own to get a good experience... it's 96 Miles ONE-WAY and takes at least 2 hours driving time for one-way...
  7. Have you tried "Getyourguide.com" - I think there might be tours catering for cruise passengers picking up at the port instead of "Molly Malone"
  8. If you are interested in the modern history about Belfast, I recommend a "Black Cab/Taxi Tour" - they can pick you up right at the port and will drop you on request right in front of Titanic Museum and it takes around 60-90 Minutes - as others pointed out after the Titanic Museum it's a 20 minutes walk to the city center and you'll probably have a shuttle bus from City Hall back to your ship
  9. Been in Cobh in June 2022 and can you tell you this: Cobh itself is also worthwhile to stay instead of going somewhere else... It's connected to cruising since over 100 years, that very port was the last stop of the Titanic and a nice museum in the former ticket office is great to visit, also nearby the Lusitania was torbedoed and sunk and the survivors where brought here on land...also nice to visit is nearby "Spike Island" a former jail and fortress (has to be booked in advance online) and right beside the pier is the "Heritage Museum" where one can learn about the interesting story of this place...over 2'000'000 Irish immigrated from here into the world...
