Once you pay your final payment, you can't get any money back if price drops. If price drops before final payment, you could rebook under new price. You will have to monitor price and call RCI when it drops. Your booking won't automatically be recalculated.

I would change TAs if the one you have isn't good. I used to book directly with RC, but people here said there are perks to going with a TA so that's what I have done with my August cruise. I'm supposed to be getting some perks on board so we'll see. TA is nice and responsive so I am happy. I plan to book more cruises with her.

Maybe your room is to be cleaned in the evening. It's only once per day now. You will have to ask for a Cruise Compass on paper. If you are unhappy, you can call housekeeping or go to Guest Services.

I have it and use it. I have gotten a couple free cruises.

What is glaring to me is that it's not get you to your cruise on time. So it seems they did they job or would have if OP hadn't taken over the booking. Do they say they'll pay for a hotel night if you miss the ship because of flight delays?

I really like the promenade. Grandeur was the first RC ship I sailed on. I had a great time, but it is smaller.

I was on Explorer in April going to the ABC Islands. I really like the ship and had a great time. It's probably my favorite class of ships. It has an ice rink and the ice shows are fabulous. Staff was great. I recommend it.

I don't understand why you expect RCI to pay fare from airport to port. They didn't pay my fare on my ride from airport to port and I didn't expect them to. They wouldn't have paid his fare from airport to port on day of departure. I would definitely arrive several days before international cruise. I'm glad he was able to get on the ship and hope you had a good time.
