Geez I called the super secret loyalty number yesterday to choose an amenity since we just graduated to diamond plus. I was on hold 20 minutes to only get connected to someone who could not help me. The agent said will transfer you to the loyalty department. I said WHOA I would like that number. It was the same number I dialed! What in the world?

This Sunday on a Norwegian cruise 1 passenger and two crew members were stabbed with scissors. Unable to find out if the scissors were the concealable type. Sorry.

Ouch plastic play knifes are verboten. Sometime ago a kid gnawed on his pop tart and the teacher noticed it resembled a gun. The kid was kicked out of school. Use caution when chewing on toast. Security might have placed you on THE list! 😄

Amen to that and totally agree. I was killing time in the room on explorerer of the sea. I surfed the channels and happened to come upon this when it was about 2/3 done. I watched it to the end. I did not know the name of the movie so at the end I took a picture of the cast when the credits were rolling. Glad I did and watched the whole movie on Amazon. Outstanding!

How does this work? Recently on a back to back. We booked a junior suite. Before the cruise we got a message to bid on a grand suite on both cruises. Got on cruise and was told it was a full ship on both legs. I am thinking to myself how can it be full and I am getting these upgrade bids? at the end of the first leg the back to back passengers are gathered in a holding area on the ship to go through customs. We happened to be seated with a family that had a comped room. Matter of fact a grand suite (first leg was 5 days). We told him of our junior suite. He explained his method of getting a comped room to us. Then we got our new sea pass cards. Ours were blue, (second leg 9 days) and when he saw that he said wait a minute that card should be gray? He showed us his gray card from first leg. When he got his new card it too was blue. He had a junior suite which perplexed him. I thought it a good manners not to say anymore. My question did Royal send me those upgrade alerts because they wanted more money from me. Are those comped rooms written in stone are is there fine print indicating that a you can be moved at a moments notice. Am I supposed to believe that a fellow who has the wherewithal to gamble for high ticket rooms did not know the difference between a grand and junior suite?

Been there done that. Freshman in college threw in a pair of black socks with my whites. Wore pink underwear a whole semester till I got home. Somehow I survived that. Keep your eye open for a pink shirt and a NEW diamond plus pin. Hopefully you won’t miss me.
