Thank you both for the quick replies. 2 of the party will be staying in Shin-yokohama for 2 nights before the cruise, while the other 2 of us will be travelling directly from Narita. We are joining the RCL, and the agent said she is not aware of any shuttles. @BruceMuzz the shuttle from Yamashita, is it open to anyone trying to get to Diakukou Pier? Is there somewhere i can find out more details on this shuttle?

Does anyone have any options, apart from Taxi, to get from Narita airport to Daikouku Pier? 1 option is to get to YCAT (limo shuttle maybe), and then i'm lost on the next steps. Appreciate any guidance i can get.

Anyone know if there's a free shuttle from Yamashita Park to Daikoku Pier is still available? And where can i find the details? Was told not all transport connections have resumed, based on someone who was travelling around Japan in Nov 2022.
