  1. Or perhaps wake up P&O, there are alternative cruise providers.
  2. My wife had the same question but about Chai Latte. Can't see it on the Cafe Al Bacio drinks menu. Any ideas?
  3. Thanks. I suppose another useful piece of data would be the volume of bookings bringing in new cash vs those soaking up FCCs.
  4. Very interesting, thank you. Was this the Silhouette cruise to Ireland and Iceland that docked in Southampton this morning?
  5. I must admit that I lost track of the most recent Iona cruise. Does anyone know: 1. the itinerary (sea days & ports calls) the passengers were expecting when they boarded on Sat 18 June, versus 2. the itinerary they received?
  6. Dined there once pre-COVID. I had low expectations but we really enjoyed it; entertaining and the food was good. We will do again.
  7. Disappointing for those on board but better safe than sorry. Were Ventura and MSC Virtuosa similarly affected today?
  8. Noting that disabled and able bodied travellers appear to be being treated identically, my question would be whether reasonable adjustments been made in the treatment of disabled travellers. Particularly given the significant additional impact of a cabin move on a disabled traveller versus an able bodied traveller (ultimately resulting in a disabled traveller being unable to travel on the cruise). But I guess that only P&O can answer this question.
  9. My reading is that “reasonable adjustment” would need to be made by P&O in the application of any policy; including the policy of changing customers allocated cabins to accommodate potential isolation cases. I am making no assessment of whether P&O has made such reasonable adjustment. Nor am I a lawyer.
  10. Equality Act 2010 Traders and service providers must remove the barriers you face because of your disability so you can access and use their goods and services in the same way, as far as this possible, as someone who's not disabled. The Equality Act 2010 calls this the duty to make reasonable adjustments
  11. Disability Discrimination Act 1995 Since 1 October 2002, service providers have had to make 'reasonable adjustments' for disabled people, such as providing extra help or making changes to the way they provide their services.
  12. Looking forward to this; and if you stray into photos or commentary on the Ship, food, entertainment and/or service it wouldn’t bother me in the slightest! Have a great cruise.
  13. We did a 7 night dining package on a Norway cruise on Silhouette in 2019. Really enjoyed it, loved the variety and would recommend. I didn’t go out of my way to find out if there were discounts available for the speciality restaurants when on board ship, but weren’t offered any either!
  14. If I am currently in a Sky Suite and am successful in a Move Up bid for a Royal Suite or Penthouse Suite, will I receive Unlimited Speciality Dining?
  15. I would be interested in any response to this question too.
