  1. My husband’s status match was originally denied because his Marriott account at the time didn’t match his passport (he goes by his middle name). I submitted additional information from Marriott but, heard nothing back. We booked a cruise with MSC and were assured they could clear up the situation but there has been no response. Has anyone had any luck with having this approved? Does anyone have a direct email? Thank you!
  2. She has CC in her email signature. I had previously called the reservation line and that was unsuccessful. But whenever I price a cruise on my own I get contacted by someone else saying they are my CC. Agreed, their website leaves a lot to be desired.
  3. Hello, We booked a Yacht Club cruise with an MSC CC when they contacted me after I unknowingly put it on hold. It was a simple transaction. I emailed last week to book another YC cruise. She wouldn't answer very specific questions. (What are the cabins available in this category and have all applicable discounts been applied?) I mean she would reply but not with answers. I'd like to hear some experiences people have had with them. Thank you!

  5. We have a cruise in March and it was paid in full in mid December. Over the holidays my husband was diagnosed with a condition. He’s doing well but will have treatments for the next 3+ months. We have the travel protection so we know will will receive FCC/refund. This cruise was booked with a casino rate that had $500 OBC. Has anyone had luck with changing dates but keep the casino rate? Thank you!
  6. will it not pull up when searched on the Carnival site or other search sites? We depart on the 12/19 Liberty and I like to just see what last minute availability is on out sailings. If I remember correctly in the past the sailing would pull up and show available categories or sold out. This one is nowhere and Ive been looking for about a week. Thanks!

  10. It shows up for my cruise but won’t let me put it in my cart. We depart 12/19. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
  11. So, it seems like you would have to have received your arrival time slot prior to purchasing FTTF, correct?
  12. I prefer the bottles because you can close the lid. It’s rare that the beer is cold enough when it’s served. With the bottles I can put the lid back on and put it in the cooler. Usually once we get to know the bartenders they would not open them and I’d put it straight into the cooler.
  13. I’ll admit I have not read the whole thread. So I apologize if this has been discussed. Call in for breakfast service? Idk what system they have for that but, that seems antiquated. Hopefully, they might have it available to do on the Hub app in the future.
  14. I received an email yesterday offering an upsell. I could follow the link but there wasn’t anything on “My Offers” page on the Carnival site. Kept the $500 OBC so it was an easy decision. Last cruise I received a phone only. I think it’s random.
