I would recommend Bamboo Blue Beach which cost about $20 pp to enter but there is a bar and restaurant, cabanas etc.. really nice beach area

You best choice for 100% blue mountain coffee is Jablum Blue Mountain Coffee. A little more costly but it is the real deal

Been to this beach twice, it’s the whitest sand I ever seen. Never had an issue there or heard about it been unsafe.

Spicy is apart of what makes jerk chicken 🐔. The only thing some less spicy than others. Best bet is to do another form of food and something she is use to. Rice and beans are a good choice if she is not allergic to coconut 🥥 .

If that includes transportation plus entrance fee that is a reasonable price.

This is not free, I think is cost around $29 usd to enter. Free beaches in Ocho Rios is almost impossible because most of it is privatized

For more fun I would do the cool blue hole….to see a large waters falls and do mostly hiking then Dunn’s River . Both are great tours…..

Possible Courtney Taylor Tours will offer the tour from Montego Bay but it’s a 1.5 hours just to get into Ocho Rios to this attraction

Ocho Rios is safe, I recommend Bamboo Blu Beach which is about 10 minutes drive from the port. Great food, music and cabanas for rent.

The cost for blue hole is now $25 per adults and $15 per kids.

While it’s hard to pencil out a company overheads because we are not employed to that company, there is some factors that is obviously common. Example how many raft trips one captain gets per day which would be base on the total number of captains employed. The cost to move the rafts up back to the top of the river etc. There is so many factors that only the heads would have knowledge of. The costs in jamaica are possibly high base on how often jobs are available. Cost of living possibly high also etc. In summary the best thing to do is not to devalue their jobs and businesses but try to negotiate or find something more affordable.

Moon Palace or Riu would be a good choice. Great beach and nice pools.

Booked with them recently so definitely tours are operating.

$40 is a good tip but once we get a service over the top we always tip well 🙂
