Nov. 18th on the Mardi Gras, Amber Cove and Grand Turk are the two I'm having trouble booking something of interest.

All 4 of us are platinum, we've always only used Carnival for Excursions, however for our Nov cruise I finding it impossible to book anything of interest through carnival, everything is already very limited or sold out. I understand the price guarantees, and time guarantees and safety etc by using Carnival, however I'm interested in seeing what else is out there through no Carnival excursions. Can anyone provide some links to companies they've had good experiences with, recently?

how is the waitress response time on the Mardi Gras? I've been on 15 carnival cruises over the last 16 year and not one casino had decent response time on waitress service. I'm a avg to slow drinker too.

I dont see $25 casino cash on the VIFP chart

I called and it does apply to all 3 adults in our state room that are 21, and no discount on Cheers!. Looks like its going to be slot play to start eat day, then a bucket of beer poolside

We went on a cruise last Thanksgiving with Royal (doing Mardi Gras this thanksgiving 🙂 ); last year we added the AT&T cruise pkg on all 3 phone lines prior to heading down to Orlando. When at Sea the AT&T cruise plan auto starts and alerts you by text when its first able to access out of the US, and when you are using it. We stopped at Bonaire, Curacao and Aruba..I was told all 3 stops fall in the cruise plan coverage before leaving. When we returned there was an additional $375 dollars billed to us on our January bill (2+ months after the cruise). Customer service confirmed we added the cruise plan, and could never really tell me how and why the charges were added, other than they occurred and there are charges for areas outside the US. Their explanations made no sense. I pushed the issue up the ladder with AT&T however they never removed the charges. After several calls and hours on the phone, I just gave up and ate the $375. My best guess is there are pockets of cell service (we had roaming off), at sea and near land that catch a cell phone. This may be where the phone starts to ping and auto download data or search for things. We will try the plan again this cruise however the phone will be in airplane mode 100% of the time, except when at port, I will also reach out the AT&T daily before leaving port to review any charges in real time. I will not try to access data while at sea even with roaming off.

Does Carnival offer a Coffee discount card like Royal offers?

Im trying to book a cabin for the first week in April on either Mardi or Celebration. Neither have 3 person rooms left (me, wife and 10 year daughter / all platinum). I’m told we can get 2 cabins joined, 2 in 1 and 1 in the other. There are many 2 person rooms and 2 person balconies (which have couches or couch beds) the 3 of us have stayed in these rooms before. is it new policy to only allow 2 people per room? I wouldn’t mind it if the 3rd person wasn’t a younger child.

Just got off an 8 day cruise and was shocked to see the alcohol prices. $11 (after gratuity) for a canned corona beer…Blood Mary was $17.

I wish more people would submit reviews for ports visited when they return....I'm stopping in Bonaire, Curacao, and Aruba next week and there isn't much new info in those threads. I will provide a few bullets on each when we return. Are there other forums out there that provide port reviews? Besides youtube 🙂 ?
