  1. Was wondering if anyone else was having a problem signing into RCL. Each time I sign in I get this message “The email or password is not correct. You have 9 tries remaining before you'll need to reset your password.” I go to forgot my password create a new one then I’m able to get in. Next time trying to sign in with new password I get same message. I have called RCL they reset my password on their end, at first seems to work then once again can’t sign in. The same thing is happening to me on my Celebrity account, called there also they reset password worked then once again same message.
  2. My sign in problem is with my Royal Caribbean account.
  3. Just downloaded Chrome for IPad & even with that browser still get same message. Appreciate your advice.

  5. No I’ve been using Safari for ages on my iPad.
  6. For the pass few days if I sign into my account I get a message “email or password incorrect”. I then have to click on Forgot my Password, a screen comes up to answer my security question. I create a new password & I’m in. When I try to sign in again same message. I have to go through the steps again. Whether I wait days or hours same message. I called RCL today & was told they will change password on their end. I was able to test it while agent was on phone signing in & out a few times. Seemed to be working. Tried now & same message. Anyone else having this problem?
  7. That’s good. Have you ordered from MDR menu, if so, was food hot? We try not to eat in MDR because food served is barely warm.
  8. Just booked Eclipse in Aqua suite #1547 for next year. How was the food in Blu? A little concerned because DH is a picky meat & potatoes guy. First time in Aqua usually Concierge class.

  10. Getting ready to book Eclipse 8 nights in September 2024 from Bayonne. Usually cruise Concierge Class with Celebrity. Considering Aqua class for the Blu restaurant. My DH is a picky eater. Does anyone have some menus he can look at just to get an ideal of selections?

Interested now about the policy you get. Both of us are in our late 70’s. Not a problem if we had absorb cost of cruise.

  15. 8070 is a connecting cabin. 8074 is available what do you think? Originally I considered 8544 close to elevators for my DH who has some mobility problems.
  16. I believe the gym was above you so no noise from it? I’m a very light sleeper.
  17. Want to book a JS on Vision but hesitant because of WJ & pool above, are there any desirable JS cabins on deck 8??? One I’m considering is 8544. Did some research & the one opposite 8044 has the ping pond table above.

  20. When do they usually have Taste of Royal? Wanted to book but doesn’t let you select a day. Don’t want it to be same days as I have specialty restaurants booked in evening. Can’t eat two big meals in one day.
  21. The Cruise with Confidence Best Price Guarantee program allows guests to take advantage of better rates up to 48 hours prior to sail date! Guests must have booked on or before March 31, 2022, for sailings that depart before September 30, 2022 and they can request the difference of their booked rates versus any rate reduction. The difference in pricing will be added to the booking as an onboard credit, inside final payment, and it’ll be applied within 14 business days, and a new confirmation will be generated with the Onboard Credit value.
