**Please let me start by saying we are paying the automatic gratuities!!**
What I want to know is, if we choose to tip extra in cash to an above board attendent, do they get to keep it for themselves and what is typical per person or room type. There are 3 of us in an ocean view stateroom.

I read they open at 9 on cruise ship days. What is the significance of waiting? Was the view worth the ride up for?

Has anyone done the Sky explorer/360 view here? What transportation did you use to get here from the port?

We will be in Port late May this year. Looking to get from Port to Rainforest Adventures and then to Maho beach before back to Port. Looking for most cost effective and reliable/readily available option. There are 3 of us.

Ok. I want to be able to get to deck 5 aft for sail away but will certainly depend on where we have to come from since my sister will need to rest on the way if the walk is far. Not a huge trip ruining type thing for sure.

We are sailing on Oasis in May. We sailed from there once before on Enchantment but that was when they still had prepaid parking. This time, there will be tons more people and no prepaid. We do want to park at the terminal and I'm trying to gauge best time to get there. I was thinking of arriving around 10am. I want to be there soon after those debarking are leaving/gone.

We will be in cabin 14670. Anyone know, or have an educated guess, in where our muster might be? Also, don't they do that right before sail away?

I just wanted to make sure that if you didn't brake at all, there wouldn't be an issues with the car getting too fast for the track, if that makes sense. I don't mind speed at all but I also like to be responsible!

Of the two forts, which has more to see/do? Better views?

I know you have control of your speed but how necessary is the brake throughout the ride? I guess what I'm asking is do you even need to use it at/is there a safety concern if you chose to only use it to stop at the end? And, for those wanting to go slower, maybe enjoy the view a little more, is there concern with someone coming too fast behind you and potentially hitting you?

Stupid question maybe but if you don't get a drink package are there souvenir tumblers that look like the one on the left?

I noticed that port Canaveral doesn't do prepaid parking anymore. Is it now first come first serve the day of the cruise?

DH was under the impression that with the soda only package there is some code on the cup that literally only allows you to get soda from the machine. But, anything that the freestyle machine offers is fair game right?

Is the view from the lookout pretty good? I was thinking the view from the ship would probably be one of the best.

It's showing it at $18 right now on my cruise planner. Hopefully it's still there tomorrow when I have a chance to discuss with DH.

Is that available at all breakfast locations or just MDR?

I wasn't thinking of the flavored water option of the freestyle. Gives me some options.
What about Labadee? Any freestyle there or pretty much just cocktails?

We were thinking if getting the soda package for my sister who will cruising with us, but I've been looking harder at the refreshment package. I'm trying to decide if we would drink enough to make it worth it. We've only been on one other cruise (4 day) and did not purchase any packages, just brought and refilled our own bottles and used the crystal light additive.
Having said that, this cruise is a 7 day (Oasis in May), and since we don't drink alcohol the refreshment package would be the one to get. Since I don't have experience with drink prices on board, what would I be looking at to break even?
If say, I got a coffee, 2-3 bottles of water and 1-2 NA cocktails a day, is that "enough"? Isn't there coffee of some sort available that is included already?

Boarding question
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
Headed out on Oasis in May. My husband and I are C&A members (still just gold status). We are taking my sister on her very first cruise. I know there is priority boarding but is that reserved for only D and above status or do we fall in that category? If not then it doesn't matter. If so, does that affect her being able to board with us?
