Can that charge be made in the photo gallery when I go look for the embarkation photo? I assume they do those photos just like Carnival does....? Once on board everything is charged on your room card...
Yes, if the first thing you do when you get on board is get that photo, that'll likely be the first thing charged to your account, therefore using that OBC

I have always had credit on Carnival and like to use it on embarkation photos..I assume they do that with RC
Yes, but, you can't pick and choose what to use that credit for once on board. Once on board it just goes towards the first X dollars charged to your account.

Sounds like you're connected in a way that it's using a DNS other than RC's, which is why login/logoff aren't working.

Another tip on binoculars, specifically for the warm weather routes. Leave the binoculars on the balcony (if you have one) or get them outside to adjust to temp/humidity for a while before using them. Otherwise they fog up really fast even if you wipe them off.

I thought so... If the OP was looking for 0% alcohol, a de-alcoholised wine won't give you that. Just something to be aware of in case it's important.
Agreed. "zero alcohol" is a trade/commerce/legal definition under a certain amount of alcohol. But if you truly need zero alcohol, alcohol free wines aren't what you're looking for.

Alcohol free wines are typically alcohol-removed.

At the Captain's Q&A on Radiance, I asked what the status of Project Discovery was. Captain Rumen said that Project Discovery is still in design phase, and looking like 2029/2030 (not sure if that's a build start or complete).
On Adventure, the captain said 2028-2029 entry into service.

Remember, cruise ships make up only 1% of all noro outbreaks.

Does this belong in the noro thread?

That, coupled with the delayed boarding formally announced for tomorrow's arrival/departure, would lead me to believe it is more than one or two isolated incidents.
But it'll all be taken care of before you board with the extra cleaning procedures, so don't sweat it.

Any of them.

The guy was probably robbed, his watch and anything of value stolen and dumped somewhere.
This was to be their last major vacation together. It's entirely possibly he didn't want to burden the family with his dementia over the next few years and took matters into his own hands.

It will be an email directly from the concierge email address.

Is your browser pre-filling in the old password?

Also depending on the ship, the shaver outlet may only work when the bathroom lights are on.
You may want to look into a battery operated night light.- 2

Like which ones? And if those GI things are not contagious, how do people get it on board?
Lots of different viruses/bacteria can cause a GI illness. Then there's just a bad reaction to food.

Cruise lines only have to report GI outbreaks involving at least 2% of passengers or 3% including crew.
Plus there are plenty of GI things that aren't noro that people can get on board (and that may not even be contagious)

It was a little after 2:00 p.m. on the Adventure this past cruise. And yes, an announcement is made.
That's pretty late for Adventure.

RC reported 4 noro outbreaks last year, more than any other cruise line. I do believe they take it quite seriously.
-
Any GI issues on ships shouldn't be a worry to anyone other than those on the ship.
GI outbreaks rarely happen on ships. You're more likely to get noro from just spending time at a nursing home.
Also rare is having an outbreak affect a significant portion of the ship.
Look at this year's events that met the reporting threshold.
Only 4 of them. And only one was more than 5% of passengers. But that was only 7%.
Are you on Radiance next cruise? No worries, they'll have it all taken care of before they let people board again.- 1

If you want a great meal go to Chops and order off the Iconic Steaks menu. Wegu Filet, 32 oz tomahawk....
Wouldn't that cost you the same $200?

There's no requirement to book airfare with RC in order to use the transportation.
