They have 24/7 operation.   All the Customer Support # 800-533-7803.  They should be able to assist.

Awesome thanks!!  I just called can canceled it, and my husband is booking our new flights as I type.  When I looked in the Cruise Planner, the contact information said hours until 5pm.

  2. Question; I booked our repo return flight through Flights By Celebrity.  We did the Pay Later option.  We booked our flight for the day after disembarkation, as we wanted to spend a day in San Juan before heading home.  We now have to fly back on disembarkation day as we have a family event the next day.  So I'm looking at flight options tonight, and I see a cheap flight that we want to take.  But the Flights department isn't open in the evenings, so I can't call them until tomorrow.  I'm nervous about losing this great deal and want to book tonight, then just call Celebrity tomorrow and cancel what we have booked.

Is there a fee if I just cancel? I know that there is no fee for changing, but who knows tomorrow what the airfare will be, so I kinda want to lock it in tonight.  We've never used them for flights before.  Thanks!

  3. @ericosmith  I did the same thing tonight, and have not received and email, even though it said I would.  I was going to give it 24 hours, then email my travel agent to see if he got it instead.

When I go back to my Cruise Planner, and click on Manager Reservation, then Travel Arrangements...there is nothing there.  Gives me the option to search for flights.  Sigh.

So back to finish our Bermuda day. One of the last things we did was to kiss under the moon gate arch to assure we have a long and happy life together.

I do have a photo of us under the arch, but Susan hates to have her picture taken

I think that after as many happy years we have had together, we can’t help be be destined for many more.

I really tried to scope the balloon drop last night, but the connection was too poor, even standing 20 feet from the Internet cafe.

I did several videos, so maybe I can upload after I get back

I have had very little luck Periscoping from the Centrum on the Radiance Class ships, so I assume Vision Class is the same.  Too far inside the ship.  I've had a little better luck with FB Live, but not much.

I hate how there is little, or no internet service in our cabin, so I can’t do much as Susan gets ready. I have found a couple spots that are reliable

Look in the ceiling in hall outside your cabin for the nearest wifi access point.  You may be in between two.  I'm hoping that there is one near my cabin.  We usually bring a travel router with us, and hook it up inside the cabin near the desk.  The router hooks up to our one device plan, then I hook up to the router.  It allows me to periscope from the balcony as it extends the service while in the cabin.  When we leave, I disconnect from the router and sign in directly to Voom for movement about the ship.

Good to hear you saw it. I did a few from Harmony in November. I am kind of new to scopes.

The internet has not been great, so I didn’t know if it would even work. Plus, all the outdoor decks were closed due to weather, until we were almost to port

I scope a lot...we do drink scopes for various holidays, as well as scope from all our cruises.  I can't post the name of the group here, but if you look at any of my cruise scopes there is a hashtag in the title that starts with RC.  If you click on that hashtag, you'll see scopes from everyone in our group.  We have a lot of fun... 😄

CruisinCons, What made giovanni so much fun is he did take requests, and he laughed along with our antics.

He is from Hungary, and yes sometimes his accent came thru in his singing. And maybe on some of his songs the tempo was off. His strong suit was elton john, and beatles. But we would request lots of country to sing along with. Which were his weakest of songs. Lots of laughs. I even asked for janis joplin, and he played it.

One nite he teased we are gonna have a quiet nite. Then proceeded to play sweet caroline. As he was playing he kept looking over at us smiling, knowing full well we were gonna sing

So nice to hear!! Or read!!  LOL

Danny took requests, invited folks up to his mic where he gave prizes for singing with him, and honestly tried very hard.  He just was HORRIBLE.  Terrible singer.  Said he had been sick and was still recovering, but after 12 nights he got worse and worse.  We've been fortunate to sail with Billy Pando singing in the Schooner - no one is better than him and we are so spoiled!

Venues on the ship. For a smaller ship there was plenty to do. One of our favorites was to hang in schooner bar and listen/sing along/and just act silly with Giovanni. That poor man never knew what we were gonna do. He would just laugh and kept playing.

We actuall had a few late nites in the viking crown lounge. With all those sea days we could sleep in.

There were just alot of nice different activities. Katrina had an egg drop from deck 8 down to 4. It had to float, and not break. It was so much fun.

So glad to read that the Schooner Bar has a good entertainer!  Our last two sailings they were not good.  We had 12 nights on Serenade with Danny who was the worst we've ever heard.  On Brilliance there was a woman from Ireland, I think, who had a pleasant voice but didn't offer a sing along or fun environment.  More of sit and listen to her calm music.

I did do a short periscope on spur of the moment as we sailed in. Didn’t know what quality it would be with this internet.  Sorry there is wind noise.  I forgot my wind screen.

Anyone wants to to see a replay, it is here.

Just followed you!  I'm @KathLuvsGH.  I belong to a group of periscopers, that scope from cruise ships all around the world.  I'll be scoping my cruise next week!

It works on the slots. You have to put your card in, enter your PIN number, which they use your birthday month and year, check your account balance, and transfer the amount to the machine.

Hope you have luck better than ours.

I usually get a bit of free $$ for the slots each cruise, not sure how it happened because I get it and my husband doesn't.  So I guess this time he'll come too and try his luck.  LOL  Hopefully our group of cruisers won't make it too smoky for us.  Really bothers my husband's asthma.

One thing they do on this cruise, is they load some casino cash on your seapass card. They say it is in an amount from $2 to $100.  You have to use it in the first two days, or it goes away.

Three guesses on the amount loaded on each of our cards. That’s right, $2.   We managed to make it go away faster than they were going to remove it.  We also sent some green friends along with them, so I guess we made our contribution toward that new $300 million building that is in the works for Royal.

It it is not advertised very well that there is money on your card, so check it out.

Will it work in the slot machines, or do you need to go to a table?
