  1. Thank you for explaining. The lack of the O invoice has never been an issue. Just saw your post about it on another thread and was curious. Our TA does give good rebates, so in that regard we are happy
  2. I have my travel agent invoice, is the Oceania invoice on the website? If so where?
  3. In reading through one of the other threads there was mention of Oceania Invoice versus Travel Agent invoice. I ask, because an upcoming cruise has pre-paid gratuities from my travel agent. Is there any way to confirm this pre-cruise on Oceania’s website? Once had a problem with this situation after boarding and don’t want it to happen again.
  4. Glad you booked a few more cruises. Did you receive any of the OBC they promised onboard if you booked within 30 days?
  5. Also, no one asked what your checking time was.
  6. The door opposite 8002 is in constant use. How can they tape shut an access to interior?
  7. None of what I did online was asked for when we checked in in Monte Carlo for the Onward. No one asked for our boarding passes. Everything was done again at counter including credit cards.
  8. The Schweppes Tonic is a diet tonic. Still tastes better.
  9. Am now in Venice waiting to go home, a long almost 3 hours from Ravenna to Venice, Just watching a large cruise ship leave Marghera from the rooftop of the J W Marriott. It would have been nice to have docked there. At around 4 AM on our last night a notice was put under my door that my wife’s account had a balance and she needed to settle her account before leaving. I not only created accounts covered by my credit card online before boarding but again at checkin. The billing by the front desk was horrible with many mistakes. I went down at 5 AM to settle. My wife was still stopped on the way out. There appeared to be a lack of training for the people at the front desk. And this was with only 440 people on board. I thought it an insult that the offered a $200 credit toward a future cruise for all the problems.
  10. Cabin 8002 on Onward. no noise from above. Service door opposite was constantly banging. The doorway is in constant use. The door need to be adjusted so that it closes slowly. Reported to several people. Last person said it was on the list.
  11. Waiting to disembark and decided to start the this thread while the internet is working. We were in a Club Continent, room 8002. No noise from above, but the service door opposite was constantly slamming. The cabin is well laid out with plenty of storage. AC and heat worked fine. Cabin staff and butler were fine. We enjoyed the Azamazing evening. Not so much the White Night, which was more of a normal night indoors.
