The cruise line does not wash it for you. There are several options: (1) stateroom sink; (2) stateroom shower; (3) public bathroom sink; (4) washy washy sink at buffet; (5) dip in pool where there is salt water and chlorine. We've done it in all locations except #5 which is eeewww.

Unfortunately, you called too soon. Bidding remains open until 24 hours before departure. Unsuccessful bids will be notified after that point. On our cruise last month, we got our "unsuccessful bid" about 21 hours before sailing.
