Sprint is so much easier. My plan includes unlimited everything everywhere with only a 2¢ surcharge for any international text. Grandfathered into a very old plan that is no longer available! :)
So who would benefit from this information ?

The sale is on till 6/4. They run 40.00 for the 30 ounce tumbler, so they are 30.00 with the sale price, which just happens to be their everyday price on Amazon. The Walmart version though (Ozark) is only 9.74 in a colored version and 8.74 for stainless.
How is everybody going to know how cool I am if my tumbler doesn't say Yeti on it ? I'll spend the extra $20 just to play safe.

Walmart has the Ozark which is the same as the Yeti except it is only $15 for the large one.
Most of the stainless steel stuff, including tumblers, have been 25% off on the Yeti site for the last couple weeks. Think the sale is until 6/1. Free shipping also.

Never mind, I get it. It's a CPA thing.
A "ride-or-die chick", in the hip hop culture, is a woman willing to support her man and his illicit lifestyle despite how this might endanger or harm her.

"Ride or die" Who says that?

I've done worse for less. Not to imply there is anything wrong with a man wearing a dress.

Tks!! Figured kissing the cod was a little too much. Imagine trying to explain it :-)
I can appreciate not everyone cares for my sense of humor just as I care not for their opinions regarding it ;p
What sense of humor?

So right. I can just picture this person tapping away at the keyboard thinking each sentence
is the funniest thing ever written.

Cruises on Carnival out of Charleston are a much higher cost than the Florida ports and that is on an old ship going to lousy ports. If RCCL put a ship there, even the oldest one is better than a Fantasy class, they would also get a much higher fare than from the Florida ports.
Since cruise lines like to make money Charleston would seem to be a good place to put your older ships. Instead of getting $219 for a Majesty cruise from PC why not get $419 by porting in Charleston?
Either because Charleston won't let you or the cost of leaving a ship there is much more expensive than using a Florida port. We already know Charleston won't let them.

You can get Cuban cigars at most any stop in the Caribbean but if you want real ones
then La Casa del Habano is where you want to go.
-
Not a bad idea. If you go at the right time on the right ship it is virtually an over 21 cruise. I know it's not the same because there will always be a few kids.

So I'm the only one that doesn't care if it's useful information. I just find it interesting.
It's pretty obvious past success on a certain sailing is probably of little use in predicting what will work in the future. I also think most people know that showing your cards, assuming they are being truthful, can only benefit
others in bidding against you. I simply find it interesting to hear what has worked or not worked for people.

We actually packed 2 Sugar-Free Coffee Mate creamers on our carry on. Got stopped at screening, I showed them it was sealed and informed him that it was "Sugar-Free" and not available on the ship - wife is pre-diabetic. He said to have a nice cruise and we walked on with them...
Isn't everybody who isn't diabetic, pre-diabetic ?
Sorry in advance for joking about a medical condition.

Okay....
Not sure where you're coming from. I didn't say people don't; I simply said I've never seen anyone do that. I don't care if others order multiples. I don't do it as I could never even come close to eating that much.
Where I coming from is you don't come close to eating the appetizer, entree and dessert you do order so how is that different than ordering two entrees that you won't come close to finishing ? I don't care what you or anyone orders but your reasoning didn't make sense to me. To each his or her own.

As others have said, the portions are NOT small. Personally, I've never ordered a second entree nor have I ever seen someone get a second (not that I pay that much attention to the other diners). Between the appetizer, entree, and dessert, I've never, ever been able to finish it all. I can't imagine ordering multiples, though if you listen to the reports here, many will tell you everyone orders multiples.
You are not eating to survive. If you were just trying hit hit your calories to make it to the next day then you could skip the appetizer, desert and probably half your entree. You just said you can't finish it all so why order it all ? Maybe because you are on vacation, dining out and want to try different dishes. Same reason people order multiple entrees.

There was a sharps box in my room in the cabinet above the sink on my Epic cruise a couple weeks ago.
I initially thought it was odd but didn't think about it again. I don't use needles. For some reason I just assumed this might be standard now but that doesn't really make sense in retrospect.

I read the ones I have cruised on and the ones I am thinking for cruising on but focus on the forum of the cruise
I have coming up. Right not that is only three boards. What amazes me is the very different personalities each board has.

Lost me at, Christopher Cross's "Ride Like the Wind" :)

... and then consider whether there might be some 15 year old kid somewhere laughing with his friends at this epic troll.
Unique strategy for a troll. From the information she gave it took 30 seconds to know her name, her husbands name, her business names, what cruise she is on and just about the exact cabin she is in.

Easy choice if both are in your price range. Brilliance/Caribbean.
Way better ports. Much, much, much nicer ship. If you are going any time but the summer you will be in warmer weather quicker and seven is more than six.

I've had bids on haven rooms for that particular sailing for almost 80 days. Bad luck for me...
Not really. You have the same options as the OP and maybe one more. You can
stick with your bid. You can call your NCL rep. You can escalate it to the same email the OP used and in your proposal you can mention how you know NCL made an exception with their process in place to accommodate a loyal cruiser and you would like the same consideration.
Just like the OP you can use all the resources you can find and have the added benefit of being able to point to a specific situation and demand the same treatment. It probably only has a chance of working if you have an actual track record with NCL but worth a shot either way.

Don't listen to these people who are guessing. Couple weeks ago got to the parking lot at 10:45. Took about ten minutes to get in and to the porter to drop my bags. Parked and took about ten minutes to get through the first check point and into the building. The longest wait was then waiting in the building to get through security.
They weren't letting people past security because there was no room in the terminal. Security let us in about 11:30, check in about 10 minutes and walked right on the ship about 11:45. I would rather wait in line to get on the ship than sit in my hotel.
Your times and wait can vary but if you want your best shot at getting on the ship as soon as possible to start your vacation then get there by 10:45. The people even 15 minutes behind me had a long wait just to get through the first check point.

You could also play a round of golf with just a 7 iron but why would you.
Feeling a bit screwed over by RC, Irma safety/risk issue and no-refund, greed?

Explain to me how people being concerned about their cruise and talking about it on a cruise forum will help or hurt the people that are about to be hit by a hurricane.
