Are all of you who have got the discount applied retrospectively based in the States or also in the UK? To know if it is worth contacting our travel agency in the UK. I know from my past life as a hotel manager and having worked with travel agents from the USA that you work differently to the UK.

My husband already had obtained Black with a status match so I decided this morning to try to get the same with my Le Club Accor platinum card I received my email confirming I also had Black, this took only one hour to process and on a Saturday! We are now so looking forward to our first Cruise on MSC Divina at the end of April. As we are both now Black do we get double benefits? Eg 2 chocolate ships!!!!!

We got Black for a Club Carlson platinum and our friends got silver for IHG platinum. Have seen on flyer talk someone else got Gold for an IHG Spire.

We have been status matched to Black, and assuming we will get all the black benefits on board (as stated in the letter we recieved with our upgrade), we should have a meal in one of the Divina speciality restaurants. Which of the restaurants would be a good choice? Also when are you served the prosecco and dipped strawberries? ( another listed benefit).

Re my cabin post earlier this week, today I have been able to change our cabin on MSC Divina from 12180 to 13123. Hope I have done the right thing!

We are not in the cabin you have just said we are in 12180 and it looks to be similar and from an earlier posting you have done re the balcony types I have assumed it's the Same. Not going to let it spoil our trip!

Thanks for the replies. I would feel guilty taking one of these cabins in case some one was unable to book as it does appear the ship is going to be full. One last question does the balcony have the plexii glass at least?

My agent just called MSC and they say they now only have disabled cabins available on deck 9. I was so looking forward to this First cruise and am now not wanting to go!
