We were there last September, the HOLLAND America tour was sold out so we ended up taking a tour through one of the vendors in the port..We did pay more but we did want to go again and have time to walk to nuggett falls and back without rushing.

My original post created a good conversation, especially for perhaps first time cruisers and people flying out of FLL. Yes its close to the port we have not had an issue, we did a couple times in Miami though. In the end you go with your comfort zone which is what we did..not worth stressing about the time..Flying is what it is now too many changes, luggage issues on and on . Thank you ....

Our flight leaves at 4:15 now..I always second guess in the end anyways but thought change it now before that flight is gone...Who knows maybe another change coming..Travel is like that now.. thanks you.

Thankyou for all the replies, ended up changing to a later flight, Probably would have made it but with some stress involved. Will have to hang around FLL longer then we like but thats ok. This was the second change on this return flight the first was aircraft change. Happened coming back from Vancouver last September too after Alaska. Air Canada has alot of flights to choose from so I keep booking them. I think going forward will anticipate changes unfortunatly its just the way travel is now... thank you

I would never have booked this flight, going to look for alternatives made it to 63 going with my gut feeling lol...of course can cancel for refund, see what i can get now i guess...thank you

I have posted this on Celebrity board also, AC just changed our flight to this earlier time We are disemarking the Ascent April 14 Just wondering if anyone can let me know if they have had sucess with an early flight plan on doing self assist off the ship. THANK you

We are getting off the ASCENT April 14 . Just had time change to this earlier flight with Air Canada...What is the earliest you can disembark doing self assist to help us decide if we should rebook onto a later flight Thank you

We sailed beyond last april, and my daughter in the med in the summer. All of our pre reserved dining times were honored. We go there at least 5 minuties early sometimes 10 and they asked for cabin no and directed us to a table, we never had an issue. Going on Ascent in April and have reserved some of the times again so we will see

Thank you for your replies, we are deciding what to do, we know the intinerary can change we have also cruised quite a bit but considering this was more for the intnerary and not the ship probably cancel or change this time. Can always squeeze in a nice Caribbean cruise for sure....thanks

We are booked Oct 5, we know this happens but will likley cancel was one of the important ports for us. Perhaps PEI is limiting cruise ships this year

WE cruised Eclipse last September in Alaska. We felt the entertainment was amazing..loved the cruise Directer Sue Denning I belive was her name she was very good...

Might sound silly, but when we print the tags our name , cabin number, sailing date do not show up just Ship name Has anyone experienced this thank you

Thank you so much for your input..I did call Holland and they said I would be able to transfer to another date for May, Hoping we dont have to its for some medical tests one of us is having so hope we wont hav to but we will see...thanks

We are booked Sept 16, on the konigsdam this year, we might have to change to next May. Final payment has been made. We have not sailed with Holland before and are so excited to be going back to Alaska this time with them For anyone who has had to make a change like this was it a difficult process... Thanks

We were on the Eclipse in Sept 2022 for Alaska, and we love the ship. Was our first Celebrity cruise and we thought the ship was in very good shape. The food was excellent, and the entertainment also, The crew seemed content and were great. We had a Prime Veranda on Deck 8 By the elevators and was perfect size and location. We thought the ship was very easy to get around. We are sailing Beyond in a few weeks, but would sail on the Eclipse again and any other S class ships

I belive if you have an earlier flight like AC which is at 1130 to Toronto, you will need to carry off your own luggage...My daughter is doing this and has hired a driver to make sure they get to FCO ASAP for that flight.

We are Sailing April 16 on beyond first time on E class ship very much looking forward to it. Question about the MDR , which has been your favorite so far and is it hard to get a table for two . We have the open dining so will be trying different ones at different times also. thanks

They must be having issues with their accounting..I just checked my balance due coming up for our April Cruise and its 500.00 more then the invoice i received 6 weeks ago very strange. I will check again in a few days and call them next week and wil have to get it adjusted

We are booked April 16 on the Beyond...looks like we will miss her on our sailing. Very much excited to try E class ship still will be amazing ....

We did this we stayed at the Marriott across the street, was easy and inexpensive too ...
