  1. I just got off a Transatlantic cruise that finished on November 15 and the Cruise Next Manager said multiple times to watch out for new itineraries to be added around a week or two after Black Friday. So I'm checking daily.
  2. I've taken multiple Canadian cruises and the pool is normally open as long as the seas aren't rough or it's extremely cold.
  3. I cruised NCL ten times solo on different ships. There's been at least one time per cruise (usually the beginning) where I go to the MDR or similar restaurant like Taste or Savor and they ask me if I would like to share a table. If they think there will be a long wait and you're solo they may ask you if you are willing to share a table. My answer was always no and they remembered my preference to eat alone from then on.
  4. Within the last couple of years prior to Covid they stopped automatically giving it to every stateroom. I found out when I didn't bring any, didn't see any in my cabin, and asked my cabin steward. Thankfully he was able to provide me with a tube. Since then I bring my own. It just another way for the cruise line to save money.
  5. Has anyone seen this statement on the ArriveCan website under Pre-entry test results? It says, "Fully vaccinated travellers do not need to submit a pre-entry COVID-19 test result to enter Canada by land, air or water." Am i reading this wrong or is it a mistake? Because the cruise lines are saying you need a test to enter Canada because it's their requirement.
  6. There is at least one channel maybe two where there is a rotation of movies playing throughout the day. It's free but you can't choose what movies are playing. I believe the only free room service is continental breakfast.
