Go on Carnival.com and then click on “Explore” then click on “Our Ships’. Next select The Venezia and you can also click on ViSta. It has the cruise ships comparisons. When you click on the outdoor options it shows that vista already has the skyride but for Venezia it says “Coming Soon”. It also says Coming soon for Waterworks.

Still nothing. On another note… they will be adding skyride to the Venezia. I guess they want it to have the same things that are on the Vista class ships.

I got my rooms booked a while ago at 40% off. I just checked the prices and it was cheaper than the cyber deal

They say they can't do anything until we are assigned.

Ok. I hope the they don’t come back with the old muster. I know they have returned to it on some other cruise line including Disney.

What date was the cruise? Did you guys do the digital Muster?

Head to deck 7 and keep going forward. Go through the doors and it will lead to the secret deck. This is were you can get nice photos especially if the ship is heading towards sunset.

Even if we believe it changes nothing we are just venting and communicating amongst each other.

I replied to that email letting them know it is unacceptable. I let them know that if I am not assigned a similar room I will be extremely angry.

Its strange that they are assigning rooms to the later bookings first. I assume that is because there are more rooms available. Still does not make sense. It is going to be way more difficult to get what we want the longer they keep dragging this thing out while people are still booking this ship. My PVP told me she got two cabins next to each other like we had picked but as soon as she was about to call me the system unassign the rooms so she have to wait until the department that does the assignment goes in and give me a room.

Still no assignments for me. I was told that the assignments should be set by tomorrow. 🤞🏿

Ok so she kept saying it will be assigned but they don't have a date so I should be patient. I told her I have been impatiently waiting for more than a week now while they are still accepting bookings. I also informed her that we received an email with a specific deadline that the cabins would have been assigned. I asked her transfer me to the department that does the assignments. She claimed they don't heave a department for that. I replied telling her that that statement is not correct because there must be someone reassigning the cabins manually. Eventually she confessed that there is a department that does that but they have been advised not to transfer calls there and tell the customers to wait patiently. My PVP is not answering her phone. I guess she know why i am calling her.

I am on the phone with them right now and being transferred a couple times. Now this person say she is going to speak with her supervisor. I told them how I strategically book my rooms and if I don't get assigned to comparable rooms I am switching to another cruise line that is doing a Black Friday sale at the same time for a cheaper price. (I am not switching though unless I get two completely different rooms that are downgrades from what I booked). I want to experience the Venezia

Not connecting rooms. I book with connecting cabins meaning they are side by side rooms and the balcony dividers can be opened to make a big balcony. i did this on the Magic before. I realize that the connecting rooms (ones with the doors in the middle) do not usually have connecting balconies. I prefer to have the option of a large balcony which we can use to get to the other room that to have a door between rooms with balconies that cannot be opened up.

Impatiently waiting to get my cabins reassigned. I hope to still be on deck 7 but if I get deck 8 that's fine as well. My major concern is that I will not get side by side connecting balconies as I booked. That was my priority because I've done it on the magic before and we were able to have one large balconies for 2 rooms.
