  1. No need to apologize. My click bait and number of viewer was just a possibility for her motivation, it was not directed at you. Kind of hard for me to believe she did not discuss it and get further clarification while on board from other passengers and/or staff. She seemed to really enjoy what she actually received with are the standard terms. I am sorry that you may have thought that I was criticizing you in any way. I am glad that you learned a lot.
  2. The had them on the Emerald last month, but I do not believe they were included in any package, but I did not ask.
  3. We have no idea if she is still confused, but she was certainly confused and wrong when she make the video. She is not the one that posted it on this thread, so perhaps she has not received any of the input. Or perhaps it was ploy to increase the number of people that watch her video. Sort of like “click bate”.
  4. She does seem to be sincerely trying to be helpful. As we know she has her facts mixed up. The difference between an amenity and perk can certainly be confusing. I wonder if she now realizes that the move up to the Sky Suite automatically includes the Luminae and the retreat. I suspect she is confused about what Celebrity use to call the indulge package, which is not included. Having reading these posts, I am sure she now has a better understanding.
  5. Does a shot of Baileys cost less that an alcoholic mudslide?
  6. You get all the amenities associated with the new cabin. (Everything that normally comes wit that cabin). You do not get the AI perks if you had paid for a Cruise only rate for instance. You also get the CC points associated with your original booking. Also you pay a significantly reduced rate for the Move Up.
  7. So anyone buying a package was able to get it for $50 a day even after the December date for all cruises departing prior to 2/20? That is good and it does make sense.
  8. I seldom saw anyone dining in the Salty Dog Pub.
  9. In January I was able to change the HDMI input, but I could not get my Fire Stick to bring up a keyboard so I could put in my credentials. I was so busy, it was no big deal, but I could not get it to work. The video showing how to change the input, does not show putting in the credentials. I wonder if Princess made a change to their system to block streaming to the TV.
  10. I am confident that you are correct after 2/20. I just wondering if anyone paid the $60 a day for the Plus Package after the December date and cruised before 2/20. They would certainly be getting a bad deal. I purchased my package before the introduction of the Plus for $40 a day for a cruise in January. My drink limit stayed at $12.
  11. We’re you able to put in your credentials for the sign in?
  12. We recently cruised on the Emerald and tried both. They were both very good, but I enjoyed the Crown Grill the most. I suggest you review each of the menus and make your decision. I also suggest you do not go to Sabatinis if you are in rough waters.
  13. True at a certain level of food quality. (Poor food is not acceptable). I have never experienced unacceptable food on a cruise ship. (Including US based river cruises). I personally cannot understanding why someone that would cruise for the food would cruise on Celebrity or Princess, Oceania and Regent have much better food. I cruise mostly on Celebrity first and Princess (when there is a unique itinerary). I was recently surprised on how much Princess’s food has improved.
  14. Lucky you. Princess ran out of a lot of stuff on our cruise, but it was a 15 day cruise.
  15. On my 1/17/23 Emerald cruise they ran out of Pellegrino in both sizes. They did not have any Perrier. Perhaps this is a recent change?
  16. That is what the document said last week, the overweight benefit applied to all eligible airlines. It is not available from Port Everglades to MIA however.
  17. Obviously people have different experiences. I found the Luminae crowded and somewhat hectic on the first night. If unlimited speciality dining is included with my booking, I like to enjoy our first meal with a great view from the Tuscan. It has become our tradition. i leave our Murano experience for later as it is our favorite.
  18. The boats that are used for tendering are also legal lifeboats with an higher capacity inside, but obviously you would not set on top when used as a lifeboat.
  19. Used the top seats on the Emerald this week,
  20. Perhaps Princess updated the Emerald’s suites.
  21. I am in A751 in an Emerald Aft suite, they are shelves on each side of the sink/vanity. Weird that some suites would be different. It is true that there are no drawers in the bathroom.
