Lemon or Orange juice apparently. But that is a for a fake positive result. You could always bribe the testing guy or just fake up a false test result on the internet.

The cruise director on the bliss is in quarantine right now. No mention of ANY covid cases onboard by NCL though. Director is not working today I asked reception why and they said he is in quarantine.
