    I was on the Encore in January and was handed a port change notice while waiting to board the ship! The reason was because of a festival in Puerto Rico. Do you really think that they weren't aware of this since it happens the same time every year? They also shortened our time in St Thomas for no apparent reason.

    I was on the 8th deck AFT in November. There was no soot or vibration issues, however, the air conditioning barely worked!

    Can anyone tell me if there are lockers to store you valuables while going down the lazy river? I can't seem to find any information.

    Sadly, there was only one drink server for the whole casino on my cruise☹️ last week.

    I was on the Encore in January. GSC was canceled. They refunded immediately. Amazing!

    So I just called. Unfortunately, they can no longer pre book these. I have to wait until I get on the ship. Hopefully I will get one. I was able to book one myself on the cruise I just came back from.. I was given a refund because stopping there was canceled☹️

    Can anyone tell me how to go about renting one of these? They used to be listed under "excursions", but now I am not seeing it.

    I too was on this cruise. Big disappointment! I am Sapphire and have been on many NCL cruises, but this one seemed understaffed. And the St Thomas thing was a let down. Ships do not come into port in the late afternoon, so why couldn't we have stayed a little longer?

    You will need to print the email offer and bring it with you to present to the casino.

    I have been to Maya Chan many times. The food, drinks and service are amazing. The beach is sort of gross. Lots of seaweed. There is a small pool to use. It is a great place to chill.

    We will be on the June 1st sailing. My PCC said $34 each, but can't book it yet. I guess that I should just do a cab? Can I use US cash, or maybe a credit card?

    Yes, Blackduck59, we ALWAYS Uber in Boston. It can be a confusing city, even for those of us that live here!

    I am going to try the Canada/New England cruise in June. Can anyone tell me about the airport transfers? Is it better to book them with HAL, our should I just take a cab?

    I got another one wanting to know why I cancelled my 2/27/22 Caribbean cruise. I was never booked on that either!

    I got one for the Alaska 8/20 sailing that I wasn't on either.

    I was on deck 8 and no smell there either. Our cabin was warm and the AC didn't work very well.
