Good morning. Thank you for today's daily reports. It is sunny and 68°F here at 11.28am. Twice daily teeth brushing and flossing is essential for oral hygiene. Drinking water after eating washes away any bacteria. We call Root beer Sarsaparilla in the UK. As a child I would put ice cream in a cup and pour Sarsaparilla onto it then scoop the froth with a spoon. Today's quote is perfect. We cook Salmon in foil which keeps the flavour and moisture in the Salmon. I hope everyone feels healthy this morning and y'all have a happy day.

Thank you for your interest @erewhon. They were wild sheep. There are hundreds on the Fells in the Lake District. I was driving over Kirkstone Pass and often see sheep on the road or on the grass verges at the side of the road. Kindest regards. Graham.

Sorry to hear about your left knee meniscus tear. My GP recommended rubbing Voltarol antiinflammatory gel on my knee ligament. I also put on a knee support.

Our city centre of Sunderland was affected by the protests. Lots of residents volunteered and cleared up the mess the next day.
