Thank you. We have been married for 43 years. A close friend had a heart attack while visiting the Lake District and was admitted to Carlisle hospital 75 miles from our home and is 10 miles from Gretna. The visiting time was 2-4pm and why we went to Gretna in the morning. Hopefully she is having an angiogram today 🙏🤞

Good afternoon. The sun has finally shown itself at 13.12pm after rain this morning. I popped out early to see a customer this morning and had breakfast overlooking a pier @Ocean Boy and the North sea. I hope everyone is safe and well and y'all have a wonderful day.

Caledonia park is the designer shopping outlet in Gretna and has lots of shopping and eating places. Gretna Green is famous for the marriage services and is about 1 mile along the road from the designer outlet.

I went out to see a customer of mine early this morning then had my breakfast and coffee overlooking the piers at Seaham.

Lovely photos Sandi. Hopefully some day we will have the opportunity to see you both and be your hosts for the day. This first picture is the beach at South Shields which is beautiful and behind you can see the pier of the River Tyne and also Tynemouth castle that Sandi mentioned and the cruise terminal is a couple of miles up river. Picture 2 is Bamburgh Castle which overlooks the North sea. Picture 3 is Seahouses with the Farne Islands in the background. Both are around 35 miles from the port. There is only the shopping outlet near the port and you need tours to see the various attractions. Tours of Hadrian's wall a Roman wall is interesting. Alnwick castle and gardens is around 30 miles away. The city of Durham and the castle and cathedral are well worth seeing on tours.

NoGood morning. Thank you for today's daily reports. 3 important days. Today's port is 15 miles from our home. There is an outside shopping outlet around 1000 metres up the road from the terminal. There are lots of things to see nearby especially lots of fantastic beaches. I hope everyone is well and looking forward to a new week.

Gretna Green is 80 miles by road from our house.

There is a large outdoor shopping outlet in Gretna that we went to first before driving a mile to where the Gretna green Blacksmith shop is where the piper was yesterday. There are shopping/dining opportunities there too.

Lots of couples still get married here. We said hello to a couple today who were getting married there. The England Scotland border is in Gretna. Gretna Green is 75 miles from our home.
