For context, my last 3 cruises have been Haven. I’ve booked non-Haven Viva but am now considering upgrading to Haven. I’ve searched for Viva Haven reviews but haven’t found many. If you’ve sailed Viva in the Haven, can you kindly provide some feedback? Thanks in advance.

How fun! I was in the Haven on Breakaway last summer and we stopped in Tortola. I loved it! Looking forward to spending more time there in the not so distant future. Have a great cruise!

JCollin, please keep checking. I was told the same thing last summer, in the end they didn’t make it on our cabins. It took 3 frustrating months to resolve and I booked through AX Platinum.

Hi, my TA just told me they no longer offer the AX Platinum card perks and only the Platinum travel desk could. Has anyone had success getting the perks on a cruise booked this year from another agency? Thanks!

Hi all, I’m considering Viva’s transatlantic in Nov. I’ve been reading the reviews for Prima, and, to me, Prima/Viva look great! For those that have done a TA, can you kindly share pros/cons? I love sea days, so that’s a pro to me. I’ve been in some rough seas, I do understand it could be a bit squirrelly out there. I’ve always wanted to do it, wondering if now is the time. Thanks in advance for sharing!

I’m so jealous. I returned on Saturday from NCL Joy in the Haven. Had a great time. Loved the ship, and of course, loved the Haven. Can’t wait to do it again! Safe travels, have a great time!

I’ve done the Haven both inside and outside. It didn’t matter to me either way, it’s the all the private spaces and other amenities that I appreciate. However I get to experience it is fine.

It does look like a great place to sleep, I just might have to ask my butler for a spare blanket.
