  1. I don’t have it listed anywhere, but if I call into NCLs main line they will say, oh I see VE is your PCC can I transfer you? We can’t see it but they can. Call NCL and ask if the person you dealt with is listed as your PCC, if not ask if that person is still with the company and if so ask for their extension number. Then call the person and ask that you be assigned as his/her client. Shouldn’t be difficult, but yu may need to be proactive.
  2. Once you were assigned to a PCC, their name should be on your account, although it could be they are no longer with the company or they may have Ben out that day you called. My PCC always has a voice message when she is out for any length of time and it gives an alternate PCC who will help yu ou. My lovely lady was out several weeks for surgery and I did need to speak to her pitch hitter, and she was lovely. I let my lady know and she said, she already knew we had spoken as her friend updated her frequently on interactions with her clients. if you’re u are lucky enough to have found a good PCC, keep track of her.
  3. It is my experience that people sell their CNs and CFs for $50 less than they paid for them, so $200 for a cert they paid $250 for. You should go look at the social media site and see how it works.
  4. I’ve never had a problem buying the CF at the time of booking. But I always book with a PCC not a TA..
  5. Taken from the TCs on the BOA site Onboard credit may not be used toward onboard service charges or pre-purchased activities
  6. I’m pretty sure that in the past when I had OBC on NCL, it could not be used for DSC. Granted it wasn’t WP OBC, but it was nonrefundable so same difference.
  7. NCL, who are nothing if not consistently inconsistent
  8. Just put so long as you don’t want hash browns 😉
  9. The 19th. Let’s chat about it on the other site.
  10. Prior to the December cruise we’d not sailed PCL for 15 years. Then we discovered theNCL MC and it won us over. Especially since the old program under MBNA was superior in some ways to the new one, although this program is much more flexible. We’re doing the Regal in Jan of 25, come join us! 😉
  11. Take them back to the restaurant are on the OL. That’s what we did. Just seems polite and reasonable. Guess I’m weird but when I leave a table in a lounge, I our ,u empty glass on the bar. we were on the 2/2 sailing of the Prima and they were still serving breakfast and afternoon snacks. Oh well.
  12. We are inthe same boat. We got a real deal on the Regal Princess in December and had a wooonderful cruise. Reminded us of why we fell in love with cruising all those years ago. We have booked her again, when NCL changed their plan to bring the Escape to Galveston. Price and perks with plus program almost the same. But, it’s hard to walk away from Diamond perks, s we will continue to sail NCL, but we certainly have a nice alternative.
  13. Oops didn’t see the other answers before I posted. 😳
  14. Yes, they count toward your $1000 goal, and you get triple points for them
  15. Yes but general barding which is after all the priority categories does go by number but the boarding goes pretty quickly. The only reason, aside from wanting to get your vacation started (an excellent reason) is if you need to make reservations on board and want to get a specific time, place, etc. But in all honesty, the I can’t say I have ever seen someone with a later time be turned away. I have seen it with another line, but not on NCL.
  16. If I remember correctly ( 🤣). Ali sums is a pretty sh Eat tender ride and it went smoothly.
  17. The only thing I will buy is a tee shirt and toothpaste, and the tee shirt is a maybe. 🤭
  18. I think it’s a personal choice depending on your financial situation. Generally speaking if the difference between IA and OV is less than $300 I go with the OV. But if I have scads of points then I just use them. I have so many big CC expenses on a regular basis that saving points is not a big issue for me.
  19. Yes, you can cancel and rebook, but make sure it’s cost effective to do that. no, princes does not do status matching. before you book a cabin on a cruise on which you plan to use WPs, call WP and ask what level you need to book to get you to the level balcony you want. Usually if you book a mid level Inside yu get a mid level balcony, but not always. Some of the smaller ships, such as the Dawn only have BA and BX balconies. To get a BA you must book one of the top two interior categories to avoid a BX.
  20. I had a CF that would expire before I could use it and sold them on the social app. Sold in a few days. I lost $50 on the deal but got the rest back.
  21. I’ve always found it strange how that works. And being NCL, it’s never consistent. Normally, you would all and say I want cabin # 1234, knowing it’s available, and it was done, so long as it is not an accessible cabin. But at times they tell you what they have available and you can only choose from those cabins, and they are in less than stellar locations. Curious. When that happened the last time I questioned the agent, she had attitude and said that was the way it was. I called back, spoke to another agent who put me where I requested. Who knows. It doesn’t happen very often but it is aggravating when it does.
  22. I’m glad to know the cruise CFs have no expirations now either. I’ve been using up my CNs so haven’t looked at them in a while. We are doing the Canary Islands on our Lisbon to Barcelona cruise in 10/25, probably a week or two before you! I used two CNs to book and two more for the Prima in 3/25 the day before the double up ended.
  23. Dittos to the above. We have sailed the Dawn several times in Europe and have one more booked for June. I enjoy the size of the ship. We are Diamond on both CCL and NCL and I think you will find dining and activities very similar. our favorite excursion was the Normandy beaches and American Cemetery. We usually are diy people but the tour through Overlords Tours was beyond spectacular. Probably the best excursion we have done in 90 cruises.
  24. The $500 certificates come up three or four times a year, I believe. To mt knowledge you cannot use CFs for double up promos like CNs. CNs now have a 2099 expiration date but I do not believe that is true for CFs. onlt you can know whether you will have the opportunity to use the cert before it expires. Make sure you read all the TCs on CF as they differ from CN.
