Royal caribbean has a FAQ section you can use. There are specific requirements for unvaccinated children you need to look up. for the 3 people that are vaccinated you can use any proctored rapid antigen test (at home via video monitoring) or you can do a rapid Naat test at Walgreens or rapid antigen test at CVS. See what is available in your area. Walgreens you can usually schedule your testing 7 days ahead.

Happy Anniversary to you and Bucky! I hope you had a wonderful Anniversary cruiseπ Enjoy Maine. Are you bouncing around to various house rentals this summer? -
My Brother is coming down the shore next weekend. I am going to have to ask him how much the toothfairy left us as I am now second guessing myself. I just asked our Son Chris and he said he remembers getting a $5 one time but thinks it was either 0.50 cents or $1.00 for most of his teeth. Eric is thinking he probably got a $5 because we didn't have any $1's.

One person Tests positive
Sunshine3601 replied to Lindypops's topic in Royal Caribbean International
If the non positive person has been in contact / exposed to the positive person in the last 10 or 14 days (this is a question on the health questionnaire) they may not be allowed to board. i.e. if your spouse that you live with tests positive and you answer the health questionnaire honestly chances are very slim that you would be permitted to sail. -
All very good information Out of curiosity I just did speed test on laptop connected to xfinity wifi. results 358 mbps and 35 ping. when I tested the phone connected to xfinity home internet I got 209 mbps and 20 ping. When I turn off wifi on the phone and go to my 5g thru Boost using t-mobile network I only got 59 mbps with 42 ping. It is currently raining on the island with thunderstorms nearby.

Thank you. Definitely is my happy place. I'll upload some photos where here. I'm sorry to hear about your pain continuing, hopefully will go away soon. It is a shame they cannot stick to a schedule. Eric had Tramadol a couple years ago and everytime he took it he would throw up within an hour so that's on the do not take list for him. Nothing worse then being in pain then violently get sick.

We arrived at LBI around 1 pm yesterday. This was the first time in a long time that I couldn't have my top down while driving here. We had a couple different pockets of rain throughout the journey. Rained for about 30 mins after we arrived. Chris and Donna arrived around 2 pm and said they had no rain. I filled up my car near Columbus flea market on Rt 206 for $4.83 (at home gas is now $5.09) and gas on the island is currently $5.29. When is this going to stop!!! We didn't feel going out to eat after unpacking, making beds and some minor cleaning of bathrooms from tenants that left yesterday morning. So we grilled some burgers and hot dogs. Why do they always better down the shore? It poured on on off for a couple hours this morning but has been cloudy/overcast with some peaks of sun this afternoon. We had breakfast at Mustache Bill's Diner near Barnegat Lighthouse. I have eggs benedict with crabmeat - delicious! Tonight we are either doing lobster rolls or pizza and chowder from Bay Village. Tomorrow we plan on picking up a couple dozen blue claw crabs and Eric and Chris will steam them and we can enjoy at our picnic table.

If you dock at port canaveral around 1 pm then wait for clearance and for everyone to get on the bus, probably leave the area around 2:30ish then 1 hr drive (not sure which park the royal caribbean transport drops off at). Then go thru security at the port (usually lines) you will probably have about 4 hrs in the park. Only you can decide if it is worth it. There are plenty of families that do it.
