I would say no to adding more times. The event lasts a while making the 5:30 and 7:30 times about right. This is why I say book it if you want to do it. That way you get the time and day you want.

We are in a suite on the Discovery in February and I was able to book 360 under the Dining tab (on the App). I was not charged anything when I hit the payment section. Options for times were 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. I question whether invites will go out now that we can book it in the App. The venue only holds 20. If you want to go I would book it when you can just to be safe.

Very true but I think what @BirdTravels was saying is that if you booked with A CERTAIN BIG COST WAREHOUSE COmpany store (can't say name here) you are not able to bid on upgrades.

Oh Lordy we got so sick and tired of her bad jokes on our last cruise - on the Caribbean Princess. 🙄 She is the casino mascot so to speak. Her cheesy jokes are lame and the Fortuna’s voice on the CB drove us nuts. Hopefully the one on the Regal is better.

Hmm have you tried asking for the specialty menu? Sometimes they have physical menus behind the bar. That would really suck if they stopped making those drinks IMO.

Wait they no longer have the specialty drink menu with the Key Lime Martini or the Vanilla Sky?

I'm not sure but it is 100% alcohol -vodka, gin, lemon juice and other liquors from what I remember. The bartenders will know. I think it is topped off with sparkling wine.

If you like refreshing drinks try Princess's Beverly Hills Iced Tea.

Anyone know why the VV website and my account are messed up with this cancellation? It's like my account was deleted or something. I am new to Virgin (second cancellation) so I am unfamiliar with how things work with them.

Great review @Saint Greg! Do they still give you the cookbook after the chef’s table? Have you checked out the adult only Retreat bar and pool area? That is one area I loved on the Royal. Enjoy the rest of your cruise!

That makes sense. They used to have Haven pax exit right from the Haven waiting area, but lately they have not done that for some reason. They have to enter back into the main terminal area and through the main doors with everyone else. Thanks for the tip/info.

Do you happen to remember which berth/terminal you were in 91 or 92? The tent or the building?

It’s the Greek stops that are the same. The NCL Epic Greek Isle cruise starts Oct. 6th - 17th out of Rome. The original VV was out of Barcelona on the 20th. Perfect timing between cruises IMO.

We would except we are on a 12 day NCL cruise with the a very similar itinerary right before the VV cruise. If we swapped to the new VV cruise we’d be gone for a month plus would see the same stops.

Ugh! Another VV cruise cancelled! We were booked on the Brilliant MerMaiden Voyage which was cancelled. We rebooked on the Scarlett Lady for the October 2024 Irresistible Med cruise because it was one of the only cruises with MRS suites still available and looked like a good itinerary that would fit into our work schedule. Now THIS cruise is canceled and the pickings are slim for a rebook. So disappointed. Any suggestions? Anyone else in this situation? Take the money and run??
