  1. Your best bet is to call NCL and ask your specific beverage questions. We can only report on our past and current experiences.
  2. Oh FFS. 🤦‍♀️ Can't you catch a break!? I hope it is smooth flying from here and that you get home safely.
  3. If available on your ship and on their bar menus then yes. They will find a suitable replacement if for some reason they do not have that particular brand.
  4. The Haven bars usually have the premium brands, and even some special brands, available. On the Prima they had a yummy vanilla infused tequila that was awesome!
  5. There are limits. Once you are onboard, the menus will list which types of wines and spirits are included in your specific package. This changes and has even since May 2023. I am attaching the list as of today but note at the bottom that BRANDS MAY VARY BY SHIP AND SEASON. BevPack.pdf
  6. Yes, we were one of the unlucky ones who booked deck 10 early thinking it had a hot tub but were lucky enough to snag one on deck 12 when someone canceled.
  7. I hope you have an amazing cruise 🐀 friend. Something smells fishy with regards to having all of those hot tubs closed. I agree with you that regular hot tub maintenance should not take two weeks. We were able to get it plenty hot enough during our cruise a few months ago. I wonder if it has something to do with the “slippery when wet” decking. Remember my fall? Did someone have a really bad fall, break something and sue? Is there some electrical issue with the design or manufacturing of the hot tubs that could do harm? Closing for regular maintenance does not seem legit. Either way, you should receive better compensation than you did IMO. I hope NCL makes it right for you and the others. Have a fabulous cruise! That Haven area is awesome, especially the bar. Cheers! 🥂
  8. IMO it was well worth it on the Prima and Breakaway. I have not sailed on the Jewel though.
  9. Wait does the Filet not show on the Bistro menu anymore? It truly is the best!
  10. There are some good prices for Alaska cruises on the Joy 2025 if you can sail in April or May. We snagged a great deal on the Haven Family Suite for an 9-day cruise for around $10,000 for 4. Got it a few months ago but it is still showing decent prices.
  11. I am not sure where your cabin is located but on cruisedeckplans it shows no cabins below the basketball courts. What is above you?
  12. Similar question - what about New Year’s Day games? Do they show any of the Bowls?
  13. NCL blocks off seats for Haven guests but they always release them about 10 minutes before the show starts. Could that have been what you saw?
  14. Vibe is the only “truly” restricted area for adults that I have seen. In H2O and on the Haven 16+ Sundecks I never see staff enforcing the adult only rules. It seems to be up to the pax to do that.
  15. I would love to see them do a long overnight (or 2) in Cabo! That's be a fun cruise!
  16. Yes. It is just like booking a specialty restaurant. Go to the main restaurant you want online or on the App and select the date/party size/time. It is MUCH better to do that if your cruise is going to be full.
  17. The Encore is NICE! So that means as of now you have 8 dining credits each (if 2 in the cabin). I would book dinners each night - Onda, Bistro and Ocean Blue are my favs! For lunch you can go to Food Republic or American Diner. You are able to book restaurants twice if you want. Up to you. There are some great places to eat and drink on the Encore. You can explore them and view sample menus under the Dining Tab. Remember to book your reservations online at 12 AM Midnight Eastern time 120 days prior to embarkation for the best time slots. Also, if you enjoy adult only areas. with a sun deck, comfy loungers, fun bar and hot tubs look into booking Vibe passes under the Entertainment tab. Enjoy your cruise!
  18. In the photo above you get the Free at Sea offers when you book. Yes, you pay extra gratuities. If you upgrade to Premium Plus you pay the extra fees. It is worth it though (IMO) if you like higher end booze and wine. I will re-attach the photo here as well.
  19. When you originally booked you were probably given 1 or 2 depending upon your cabin type. THEN if you upgraded to the Premium Plus you received 2 more so you then had 3 or 4. If you bought 4 then you now have 8. You can call to get some removed or use some for lunch depending upon your ship.
