  1. If you have enough time to run around for sunscreen and clothes, just check a bag. It'll catch up to you on the off chance that it doesn't arrive with you.
  2. Constellation (Dec21/Jan22), Apex (Mar22) Numerous cruises before the shutdown.
  3. You should get double points as a solo. More times than not, the double points are not automatically added to my account, and I have to call to get them applied. Check after the cruise to make sure you got the right number.
  4. Correct: gratuity is paid once. I booked online pre-cruise and had a bill of $0.
  5. That is not the meaning of "tip." The supposed acronym is what's called a back formation. Some clever person made it up.
  6. Just dined in TG this evening on the Constellation. The gratuity is noted on both pages of the menu. The menu is dated 04/22.
  7. Funchal is in Madeira. To button this up, for the Constellation's stop in Ponta Delgada, Azores, yesterday, customs agents were onboard from 9-4 to stamp receipts. I was surprised and depressed because I didn't bother getting the VAT paperwork, figuring I'd never get my stamps. 🤷‍♀️
  8. No, I meant a watch, not a computer. 🤷‍♀️ Fewer issues, and makes a fashion statement. 😊
  9. "Is there an easier way to manually set your iPhone's time without having the world map in your head?" I just wear a watch ⌚. 😀
  10. Those balcony chairs are ridiculous. Goodness. I can't believe someone with "design" experience thought those would be useful at all for reading, watching the sea, napping . . .
  11. I repriced to get a FL resident rate. Saved $1100+, lost the Indulge perks. So really saved $500+, but I don't need $600 in OBC anyway.
  12. We walked to that overlook, and it started to rain. Just as I was regretting leaving my hooded windbreaker behind, I noticed the rainbow and cheered up. 😀
  13. Just know that the IV isn't a "balcony"; it's a window with chairs next to it.
  14. Yes, deck 4 is closed, but deck 10 is open. Pools are closed.
  15. No. Blu isn't large enough for additional passengers to dine. I imagine the occasional suite passengers are allowed because someone pitched a fit back in the day. If someone in a party isn't in a suite, that person doesn't get suite benefits. That person may be able to dine in Luminae, space permitting and for an upcharge (think approx. $20/b, $30/l, $40/d).
  16. 1. Traditional balconies are available for suites. There are a few sunset verandas on the stern. Most others are IV (there are, I think, a few "porthole" verandas). 2. Blu is for AquaClass only. Suites can dine there, space permitting. 4. I'd never want to spend 11 nights in a cabin with my parents, but YMMV.
  17. I don't find jeans too warm in a sub-zero dining room, but YMMV. In any event, they are fine for smart casual nights. For Evening Chic, they must be designer*. *Which ones? No one knows.
  18. Just a note that the Cartegena/Murcia tour was advertised as 7 hours but ended up being only 4.5.
  19. My understanding is that only some shuttle companies have permission (have paid for permits, is my guess) to enter the port to drop passengers off. You might get more info in the Italy port of call board.
  20. My TV has the message about the time change and about our traveling through the Gibraltar Straight [sic].
