  1. All I am saying is the way the world is now Good to talk with another Diamond member. I assume like myself you enjoy Cunard for the standard they set and try to maintain.
  2. As a Diamond member I cringe when I read posts like this, Cunard is fair with what you can bring on board, personally I am very discrete when bringing alcohol onto the ship and remember when in port you can bring alcohol back on board. Bringing glasses of spirits to an upmarket lounge is a a sure way for the company to crack down on how much alcohol we can bring on board. Being discrete both in the dining room and lounges I feel is the way to go, after all it is not a ferry you are sailing on.
  3. Just to remind you that you are on Cunard, you are allowed to bring alcohol on board and drink it in your cabin especially spirits. Corkage on wine if you take it to the dining room, unfortunately there are people who bring wine on board and then carry a glass to the dining room to save corkage. these people stick out like dogs ears. I am sure Cunard would be happy to oblige your request if you contacted them with your cruise to make sure your favorite brand was behind the bar.
  4. Has anyone stayed in this cabin, appreciate any comments.
  5. We got a taxi from Hotel to where Cunard check your baggage in, then they bus you over to the ship. Having done this on three occasions it has been one of the best systems we have encountered on many overseas cruises.
  6. My cruise is nearly booked out, would anyone have sailed on 7136 worried about noise at the back the ship. QE.
  7. Again very many thanks, the ship is nearly full, V333 Barcelona to Singapore so our choise is limited.
  8. Bell Boy I have made a mistake posting, could you please help me with cabin 7136 on the QE there is a white block out opposite this cabin ?
  9. Very many thanks as I was unable to get a satisfactory answer from travel agents including Cunard.
  10. Anyone cruised on deck 4 Queen Elizabeth. Any noise from dining room Deck 3. How much cover for your sitting area on these balconies ?
