  1. I usually do pay for the priority boarding. She had been on 3 cruises already and enjoys them. Now that she is a dual diagnosis with Autism being the secondary, we were just looking at other options for her as she gets older. We are cruising this November on her 4th cruise. She does pretty good with the cruise since we know her triggers and use her favorite iPad so she can w as tch her shows when the crowds get too much for her to handle.

  2. I have looked into this organization as a way to make my daughters cruise experience just a little better. Has anyone used their services and could you share about your experience with them? We are scheduling a walk through where we are able to go to the port and go through the steps it takes to understand how they work as far as getting you checked in and onto the ship in the next few weeks. Thanks for all your feedback.

  4. Thanks for the reply I also live close to Port Canaveral so we usually cruise out of there or will try to cruise out of Tampa. I've also been looking to go back to Cuba again, hopefully next year. I know the ships are smaller but haven't been on the Sun so wanted a little feedback on how the ship is. I agree I can go to Key West since I live in Florida.

  5. Your options are to either rent a car or to take a car service or Uber. Disney only transports to the Port Canaveral port because they have ships there. They will transport you from Orlando airport to the resort for free. There is an Enterprise car rental by the entrance to the Magic Kingdom. They can pick you up at your resort if you rent a car from there.

  6. Following. This year will be the first time that we cruise with my daughter's service dog. We are going on Carnival but we have heard so many good things about NCL and RCCL that we are lookking at those cruise lines for next year. We are hoping for a good first time 3 day cruise.

  7. My family and I will be cruising for the first time this November on Carnival with my daughter's service dog. We have all of the proper paperwork shoeing that the dog is a service dog and not a therapy or companion dog. We understand that in order for the dog to go onto land at port we have to be cleared through that country. What we don't know is at what time do we notify the cruise line about the dog and what is necessary to be provided for the cruise line. When I go onto their website it doesn't give that much information. We love to cruise but now that we ha e our daughter's service dog with us it changes how we cruise a little. This first cruise is onlky a three day cruise(a test cruise) to figure out all of the in's and out's of cruising with a service dog. Any and all information is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  8. When I went to Cuba last year I brought cash with me because I didn't want to chance it that my credit card would work. Many credit card companies still do not have a relationship with the country to use them because they are not connected to the Cuban banking system. It's best just to use cash. Also I didn't being American dollars. I actually took Canadian dollars instead because I got more in the exchange in Cuba into their peso(CUP). Do your homework and see what works best for you.

  9. Cruising to Nassau in November 2018 for Thanksgiving cruise. Saw this resort for a day and was looking to see if anyone has used this before and gone to this resort. It's a short walk from the pier and we have been to Atlantis twice already and this is out 4th time in Nassau. Really looking to relax and enjoy the day. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  10. As a person that has lived in other countries as well as visited other countries at times where there were travel warnings issued I can say that these warnings are for your information so you can remain vigilant while in a foreign country. Always be aware of your surroundings no matter where you are. My wife gets mad at me because I am always looking around and assessing the surroundings to ensure I have an exit if something was to happen I still enjoy my time in port but I am always aware of my environment I am in.

  11. I'm looking for some feedback on this cruise line and the ship itself. I am in the beginning stages of planning a 50th anniversary for my in-laws as well.as my 50th birthday. I have sailed on Carnival, Norwegian, and Royal Caribbean. I am an avid cruiser but am looking for something that is a little different since this is a milestone cruise for myself and my in-laws. So what I am looking for is how geared towards kids is the cruise line as well as this ship. I have seen a video of the ship and I see the water area for kids and adult kids alike. I will most likely have a 6 year old, 16 year old, 17 year old and a 13 year old cruising between myself and my brother-in-law. I want to ensure that there is enough for them to do to keep them happy so the cruise is a success. Thank you all for your input.

  12. I am in the same situation. We are looking for ideas on which cruise line and itinerary to take my in-laws on for their 50th. The kicker is that it's my 50th birthday the same year so trying to find a cruise that will offer options for both them as well as myself and my friends that may go on the cruise also. The one issue we have is that it has to be a Carribbean cruise because my in-laws want to make the cruise accessible for both my wife side and her brothers family. We live in central Florida so any port in Florida is accessible for us. Thanks.

  13. I am looking at taking a cruise out of Long Beach to the Mexican Riviera. I am looking for anyones experience with this itinerary as well as things that you would suggest to do. The itinerary is: Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerta Vallarta. Thanks for all of your comments.

  14. I have used cruise cash in the past couple of cruises. Now that we usually spend a certain amount on the ship i would want to use cruise cash for all.of my on board purchases. When I go onto Carnivals website it states that only a maximum amount is allowed to be purchased per cabin. My question is that my upcoming cruise I have 2 separate cabins booked but everyone falls under my charging privileges so will the cruise cash not be split even though it's under 2 different booking numbers? Thank you.
