  1. Have fun. Our last cruise on the Epic had 1,800 people and was absolutely fantastic.
  2. With all due respect, you're dead wrong. That's what the travel companies WANT you to think. However, it couldn't be further from the truth. The idea of a loyalty program is a marketing tool to drive consumer behavior and maximize revenue. Loyalty is a one way street! There is not one person at NCL who is loyal to you. Loyalty programs aren't about you AND them. It's about you AGAINST them. As a consumer, it is our job to maximize tjr benefits we receive while minimizing our cost. Their job is to make sure you spend more and more often.
  3. There's Bubbly on the ship as well though I don't think it's a very good mixer. As with a previous post here, my wife and I cleaned the ship out of diet Sierra Mist a couple of years ago on a 7 day cruise. For our last cruise, we upgraded to the premium package and drank bottled water at meals to save the diet soda for drinks, though it's an expensive way to do it. My wife may also have added shots to her Starbucks but I would never confirm that. 😉
  4. Personally, I prefer my illicit drugs AFTER dinner. We're sailing the Jade in Greece in October. I'm not sure what my response would be if I was told to buy a soda from a vending machine with my meal but it very well might get me thrown in the brig.
  5. Hi all, Looking for recommendations on tour guides/companies for private or semi-private day tours on the Greek mainland. If looked through the boards and multiple other sites. 2 sounded excellent so I reached out to them. One retired and the 2nd thanked me for my inquiry and promised to get back to me in 2 days with pricing. That was 2 weeks ago. Doesn't exactly inspire confidence in them. Any suggestions for companies you have used would be greatly appreciated. Our trip is in October, 2022.
