  1. UKstages is correct you are not under any obligation to tip anyone on your cruise. Just because butler and concierge isn’t included that’s not your fault, they have handsomely paid salaries.
  2. Just been upgraded from indoor cabin to owners suite for $200
  3. Why is the title NCL cancelled speciality dining? One cruise ship!
  4. It is not necessary to take the test 72 hours beforehand, all it does if you test positive at the pier NCL will assist you? Well we have witnessed how helpful they are on these pages recently.
  5. On Greece & Italy sailings only: Local government regulations require all guests to wear masks onboard while indoors except for when actively eating or drinking or when in their stateroom. Guests will be required to wear masks outdoors when social distancing is not possible. Please visit Cruise Travel Requirements by Country for more information about the destinations and mask type required. We will continue to monitor public health guidance, including from the CDC, at the time of your voyage and modify requirements accordingly.
  6. Transfers are included with U.K. bookings
  7. I think they’ve turned back time, my original cruises with NCL they picked you up from airport, and if you had a late flight put you in a hotel for the day. We had choice of flights at booking, both local and good time slots
  8. When you book a package with them, the whole point is you give the cases to NCL at the airport and the next time you see them they are in your room.
  9. Are you one of those couple’s that face each other during dinner and play with your phones. Only joking! 🤓 It’s like ear bud’s if you have Bluetooth on the second set won’t connect to the same device, now imagine your phones are connected to the same iCloud?
  10. I thought a company the size of NCL would have had welfare officers, that followed all incidents associated with them, it’s call care.
  11. I am immune deficient, abide by the rules, have taken 1 cruise and 1 land based holiday since September I never wear a mask now except on flights or instructed too, I noticed on a flight last week nobody was demanding masks to be worn, and Spain shortly will be allowing unvaccinated people to have holidays, when was the last person to catch covid seriously poorly?
  12. Unlike most auctions you are able to cancel bids anytime before being awarded, so for example the person with the higher bid May of had 5 other bids on different categories and awarded one of those, its not just about money if you are in an unattractive cabin NCL will always go with the better as it’s easier still to sell. I have upgraded twice using PCC for my cruise in July, I search for good cabins to become available, they do for all reasons then upgrade to them. I have about 6-7 upgrades available at present only one is value for money to me because I have chosen the cabin I wanted already.
  13. I’ve upgraded twice through my PCC for my July cruise, it pays to look what you paid, and what higher categories are priced at, and when you’re ideal cabin becomes available book it. Upgrade Advantage on my cruise the minimum bid is more than what I would pay normally with PCC
  14. A Michelin star means nothing, go to any family generation owned European restaurant in France or Italy and the food will be superior. Do you think Gordon Ramsay works in a kitchen?
  15. I had price drop, so rang NCL upgraded and had credit back…
  16. Not if you get upgraded, you’re original extras and DSC stay the same.
  17. There’s no extra cost gratuity stays the same as you originally paid, it is your choice if you tip the concierge or butler, it’s not compulsory
