I just called the standard line and asked to be transferred to the casino department.

The Casino Department told me directly that it has to be the same "type". Nothing about the same cruise. My husband's offer we are booked on is an "FHS" and mine that is also the "Hot Streak Bonus" is "FHB". I also have a Jackpot Deal that allows me to get free drinks everywhere on the ship, and it's available for my current cruise, but because it's not the same "type", they will not combine it. Ultimately we went the option that includes the best free room (Suite) and most free play for us both because I won't spend $1000 on drinks. We are getting 1 free suite, DOU anywhere for him, DOU in Casino for me, and we each get $1000 in funplay.

Hi everyone! Has anyone cruised on the Vista recently and seen what time they are boarding Suite Guest's with priority? I've read that the ship has been late a lot and my husband and I will be taking an Uber from our hotel in Houston down to Galveston.

The cruise is in 2.5 weeks, but I was told by the Casino department that I would! 🙂

We booked it, and then I called the casino line and they added my perks on. My Jackpot deal has DOU in the Casino and $1000 fun play. But it does have to be the same type of deal. I had another type of promotion with free drinks everywhere but it wasn’t the same type of promo, so I was told no.

The Deli has a Veggie Patty that you can order, and then go back to Guy's condiment bar to spruce it up. It's not an Impossible or Beyond burger and more of a "Gardenburger" style, at least Pre-Covid, but it's not bad when you throw condiments on it.

Perfect! I know he isn’t supposed to share! I actually have DOU in the Casino, so I could go play for a few minutes and grab a drink and then head to the pool or dinner, but cheers would be easier. We aren’t huge drinkers but do enjoy drinks at the pool and dinner.

Hi! My husband and I are booked on a cruise and he was offered free drinks anywhere on the ship. We called to confirm, and it is just for him. Has anyone booked with this and added cheers? He would prefer to pay for Cheers for me, vs. me begging him to come and get me a drink at the pool or paying for each one that I drink. When we try to book it online, it’s charging for us both since there are 2 of us in the cabin. But it wouldn’t make sense for him to pay for it since he already has it.
