  1. My sailing is day later, July24. Everything still pending with only 1 unsold cabin in my bidding.
  2. Having chosen CC on several cruises, then Aqua on the last one, have now decided that the money spent on CC is better spent towards Aqua. Interestingly our prime CC is only £12 ($16) cheaper than Aqua but located midships.
  3. I think the objection was that the limit had been recently raised to $10 from $9 , which on a drink of $12 , should be an excess charge of $2 + tip but the charge was $3 + tip based on the old limit.
  4. Booked direct so contacted Celebrity direct. Was told since final payment date had passed, upgrade only possible via MoveUp.
  5. Silhouette Jul24 out of Southampton. Was bidding on Aqua suite & Aqua room. Virtually sold out. Looking @ dummy booking 5 x Aqua suites sold today & 3 x Aqua became available plus some verandahs. Looks like Moveup process started. Oh well never mind still looking forward to our Concierge Room
  6. Waited until July to query missing points after being informed it should be fixed in June ( didn’t say which year though!). Waiting for these as it will give change in loyalty level and free nights on next cruise. But nowhere on website does it say how to redeem these nights. Will argue that the debacle should extend the 12 months from when points awarded not from date of last cruise.
  7. In Aqua Blu late May. Mentioned that no almond croissants available and then lo & behold almond croissants for breakfastevery day until I said not any more.

  9. Booked Concierge for Silhouette Jul24 whilst onboard Summit in Feb & before we booked last minute Aqua in May. Didn’t know about Moveup until last month so trying for upgrade to Aqua. Next time will prob book Aqua, now our preference, and possibly bid for upgrade to a suite which IMO are dramatically overpriced.
  10. Difficulty in accessing upgrade page but finally managed to submit bids for mini-suite & club class mini-suite. Didn’t bother with premium balcony as OK with current balcony. 84 days out from Sep9 on Emerald from NYC.
  11. we booked the full package on May30 and have the same problem booking the included speciality dining and its now within 100 days of sailing on Sept9. Have emailed PCL asking for a fix.

  14. Just returned from Celebrity cruise from Lisbon to Barcelona. Did not leave the EU so had to pay Portugese sales tax (23%) on onboard purchases. Also 10 % food & beverage tax whilst in Spanish waters & ports. Not charged extra sales tax on included drinks package.
  15. First time bidding. 2 bids for AQ & AQ suite Silhouette July24. Both bids pending but listed separately as Pending and Other offers(Pending). Is this significant? Does it mean the Pending is more likely to be accepted than the Other Offer?

  17. For on-line booking direct, how do I select our dining option? Started a booking but couldn’t any dining options.
  18. Our problem is that we are waiting for the latest points to credit before moving up a tier.

  20. Just returned from Canaries cruise in 8003, below the fitness centre. Only heard 1 bump in the entire cruise, so no fitness fanatics on that cruise! Perhaps wew were just lucky, would book CC but not worth, in my opinion, the sometimes £1000 ($1200) pp supplement. Nice size cabin & bathroom though.
  21. Following a recent March cruise, once our loyalty is updated correctly on new website we will qualify for 4 complimentary nights. How do we do this, assuming same procedure on new site compared to old.
  22. Got the email this morning. Az should have had this support page available from day1. It would have stopped numerous emails from customers. Now I have a firm date(ha-ha!) before I contact them again when it still doesn’t work.
  23. Think I’ve worked out why it’s happening. Log in , choose upcoming cruises -coreect loyalty number, correct tier level & points pre-February are displayed and are correct. Must be taken from the old database. Log in, start to book future cruise, select passengers, cabin until your name & symbol appear top right. Press the symbol, details incorrect. Zero points & basic level, joining date- the date you first accessed the new website., loyalty number wrong (number must be the number of people having joined the new website) Must be taken from the new database. At some stage, sooner rather than later the old database will be merged into the new database and Voila.

Thanks for the advice on how to access account, my wife now able to log in, correct loyalty number & correct pre-March points, but missing points for latest March cruise.The current web-mess meant we found & booked another cruise but with Celebrity. Azamara missed at least 1 sale if not our autumn cruise as well.
  25. Same for us when logging in & loyalty levels/points. Had no reply to my email regarding this problem. no further cruises booked nor will I book until IT situation has resolved itself! Still waiting for points on last cruise March 18 - 25. Also waiting for info on how to redeem free nights when changing loyalty level after this last cruise.
