So I booked our next cruise while on board, a 7 night to Eastern Caribbean on IOS this Fall. I booked a balcony room. Due to not paying close attention during booking, likely due to the number of drinks before hand :D, they put my wife and I in a D1 Balcony. We got $300 of OBC with the booking.

 

I'd like to switch to a D2 Balcony as they are around $200 cheaper. Will I be able to call RCL and switch the room category and get the reduction in fare? If so will it change my OBC? We are well outside of final payment...

 

Don't wait. Give them a call, I think you should be successful in your request. Let us know what happens.

I am currently on the President's Cruise in Singapore for the next 2 weeks, and may be a little delayed in some responses. With that being said, we are looking into this.

 

Another vote for disappointed if this in fact true.

I just returned from a 10 day Celebrity Cruise, and the demographic was quite elderly. I have heard that Royal attracts a wider mix of passengers, but I am wondering if this is true for longer cruises as well. I am looking to book an 11 day on Serenade next January. I did not mind being one of the few couples in their late twenties or early thirties, but my husband greatly disliked it. Thanks in advance for the help!

 

We have sailed on Royal Caribbean in January 2013 and 2014, both 12 night Caribbean cruises and we were some of the youngest on board and we are 50.

modcloth .com comes to mind immediately. But, if you look on many web sites they show similar to mod cloth. Mod cloth appears to be geared towards more of my daughters age (26). They even have a "vacation in style" section.

I have to giggle, because we are just off Quantums New years cruise & I also continually called Cafe Two70, Park Cafe. And kept correcting myself. :D

How excited do you get when you score a new pair of party shoes for formal night on your cruise? Yesterday it happened to me! Wish I could post a pic, but the ones I am taking just do not show the iridescent- color changing aspect of the shoe. The appear gold with a purple hue when the shoe moves. Even DH got excited for them!! Happy Cruising all!! :)

Maybe this project will come to fruition and Anthem will stay longer...

I wonder if it is just on the shorter cruises? I hope they don't slowly start vanishing, ship by ship. For me, no matter how many times I see them I enjoy them (both the Quest & L&M). They are always different with different people, love 'em!
