Has anyone been able to see Azamara provided OBC show up in their accounts in new website. We're flying to Europe in five days for a Greek intensive on the Pursuit departing on April 22. When we purchased last fall the $1000 OBC was a major selling point. Spouse and I booked two pairs of tours prior system conversion spending about $400. They show as booked on website which also shows different amounts under our room (what we paid for cruise) and invoice total (cruise cost + Azamara stated cost for excursions). Just as with prior system it would be reasonable to see what dollars you have of Azamara OBC. I have our print out from what our travel agent provided, which matched Azamara pre conversion. My concern is that Azamara shows no record on OBC on my account. Calling is futile as phone system aren't excepting messages or when I left message for call back, no call back. Have travel agent working on it, but their running into same lack of responsiveness. Are there any people who are onboard or have been on recent cruise post system conversion tha

We're on an an 8 day Greek Intensive on the Pursuit leaving on April 24. I can access my account and can see the excursions (2 each) we purchased through Azamara with OBC prior the conversion. Can't see if any other excursions are still being sold by Azamara. Anything I'm missing there? We had a $1000 in OBC prior to excursion purchases but don't see info anywhere on my account about current balance of OBC. Any suggestions there? Last ? We checked in when system let us a week before conversion but have since gotten email saying we're not checked in. Since we're new to Azamara, that means we're in last section to check in and then will have to scramble to get dining reservation in Prime C or Aqualina. Any advise there? I've really been looking forward to cruising on Azamara and hope the bad juju from this systems debacle disappears when I get on the Pursuit!

Hi, New to HAL, but have cruised on Azamara and NCL. I'm looking for input on following. We booked through large US travel agency a seven day cruise to Norway this summer. Did Have it All package as the math with drink package, $100 excursion p/p, upscale dinner and $275 TA showing everything but HAL excursion data didn't. After verifying OBC was showing I called HAL excursion desk and they advised OBC can only be used on the ship, i.e. wouldn't show up in my account until after embarkation. Would love to use OBC for excursions beyond $100 each we received. When I called TA, he thought OBC is in account at time deposit on booking is paid. He conferred with manager and verified HAL OBC is available only on ship. He said this is not always the case. Is this OBC policy normal with HAL. Thanks.

Hi, we're going on our 1st cruise with Azamara on the Pursuit for a Greek Intensive on April 24. I'm trying to get info about the dates for when the White Night and AzAmazing Evening events will be held? I would like to know this, so to plan excursions around those dates. How can I get this info? Will it show up on the Voyage Planner Calendar (as our OBC bought excursions have)? Any input on when AzAmazing Evening dates are noticed to passengers? Is the White Night normally held on a sea day or could they be after any port call? Thanks very much.
