Did you do this before or after the date of the actual cruise?

Can you give me some details? circumstances, etc., who you spoke with, how you went about it. So far, DH is batting zero! Many thanks in advance....

We recently had to cancel a B2B due to a family medical emergency at the last minute. We had used BOA points for on board credit just a couple of weeks before having to cancel. I thought I remembered reading about someone who was able to have the points reinstated. Has anyone ever had any luck getting them to reinstate the points since the on board credit was not used because you had to cancel? It does say that redemptions are final once processed.

So I was right about the temp taking issue. Geeze, I would love to be aboard this ship again.
Me too! I hate she is going to Galveston.

What a mess! That is not what I posted! I asked what Embassy Loyalty was. Same as Hilton honors? We always stay there and I have not heard the term Embassy loyalty.

So after all was said and done and the captain turned on the seatbelt sign mid flight it was just a couple bumps hand clenching the spouses hand. I knew I was ok because I did not have a repeat performance on the breakfast.
By the way the spouse got a Denver omelet fruit, yogurt and he said it was good
I got a copycat version of banana waffles foster.fruit yogurt. Since we ate before boarding it was mostly a sampling for us
We opted not to start prepping our livers till we land.
Now after a 2 hour and 40 min flight and I am one of those girls with a shy bladder ( can’t P on a plane) thank god we were in the second row and the restrooms in the terminal were very close, and not crowded. Did my never ending watering act and off we went.
Luggage arrived at carousel 1 in about 15 min. Walked to cab stand and off we went
A $14.75 cab ride ( before tip). We arrived at the Embassy Suites and our room was ready.
With Embassy loyalty
We received our 2 bottles of water.
And 8 drink coupons for managers social from 5-6:30 pmWhat is Embassy Loyalty? Same as Hilton Honors? We always stay at Embassy and I have not heard of Embassy Loyaly.

I had never even looked at the offers until someone posted about it. The only one I have used is the $500 Royal. I do look at them now (lol).

I’ve got that one too. I am still not believing that I got the $500 one last year for Royal. Would love another one of those!

Many thanks!

My iPad does not show a link….even if I expand??

Could you please post the URL?

Before we started cruising, I did a lot of land tours in Europe. I would cut up an old worn bath towel into the number of days I would be gone and use those as “wash cloths”. Throw them away after use to make room for incidental purchases.

You need to go on line for your particular card and check your individual offers. They differ for different Amex cards.

Lol the offer ended the first time (last fall) by the time I booked my cruise, and now I’ve already paid for my entire cruise and all the extras when the offer came back
It should work if you added $500 of on board credit. Amex doesn’t know exactly what it is for….only that it is payment to Royal Caribbean.

Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately, it is not on my card this time but I did reap the benefits a while back and got $500 back from a $1500 charge on RCI after someone was good enough to post about the offer. Good luck Amex card holders!

Easy enough to post the link.
Not from the device I was on….thank you very much!

Just go to YouTube and search for royal Caribbean back in service. It is the first thing that comes up.

Ok, I give up….what is TU?

We used the flycovid at the airport. It was quick and easy although they used the brain tickler technique when inserting the swab.

Yes we paid Walgreens for our test.
Free at our Walgreens for the rapid test. They take insurance info for the PCR tho.
Can you recover BOA points used for on board credit if you have to cancel your cruise?

Thanks to everyone who has responded so far. We will keep at it and I will let you know the final result...hopefully positive. If anyone has additional input, it is most welcome!
