They were not on Symphony in the first 2 weeks of March and they would not even program old ones.

First day on Wonder I got in the line and was queried by the screener as to why I was there.  Told her and she said they could not do it.  Went back to guest services a day later and they were happy to do it.  Go figure!

Simeon is amazing. We were on the Wonder TA and saw him multiple times and his show was always different. We have also seen him on other ships and he always puts out a unique show. My experience is that other comedians tend to do the same show or almost the same each night.

I have seen Simeon be really crude and vulgar but someone must have spoken to him…I, too, enjoyed him on Wonder.  In fact, we went more than once.

  3. I found Park Cafe to be lacking on Wonder.  I did like that El Loco Fresh opened at 11:00 on sea days and we ate there several times, finding everything fresh and tasty.  On the sister ships I have never found El Loco open before 2 PM.  They really should reconsider the hours on the sister ships as it was heavily visited on Wonder.  I am not thinking food at 2 PM...altho I realize many do.

On the TA there was no disembarkation test provided by RCI nor any available at the pier.  RCI printed the qr code for the testing center at the airport in the compass so people could make themselves appointments.

It's thirty euro at the airport if you prebook.

It is €50 without appointment.  See flycovid.com.  We used them.  Our appointment was at 1:00 pm but we were almost 90 minutes early and they took us. There were about 5-6 in each line ahead of us.  Pretty efficient.

  5. Also in Wonder TA and this is true. Tests are available in terminal T1 with appointment. We had to change our return flight to spend debark day getting to the airport for test as our original flight was 11 am and we were afraid of missing it.
Really disappointed that Royal didn’t test us. Would have been happy to pay anything for convenience of doing it on ship.

  6. What You Need to Know
    • If you plan to travel internationally, you will need to get a COVID-19 viral test (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) no more than 1 day before you travel by air into the United States. You must show your negative result to the airline before you board your flight.
    • If you recently recovered from COVID-19, you may instead travel with documentation of recovery from COVID-19 (i.e., your positive COVID-19 viral test result on a sample taken no more than 90 days before the flight’s departure from a foreign country and a letter from a licensed healthcare provider or a public health official stating that you were cleared to travel)

Loving your detailed review with all your pictures (as with your last one)!

I'm pretty sure Simeon was cruise directory on Symphony three years ago.  He as just filling in for the regular one.  Quite liked him...very personal, funny and just seemed like a nice guy.

He was also the "fluffer" for the comedy club for a spell.
