Any idea which Fl port Allure is going to?
Port Canaveral, unless it changes later.

I tried the recipe from RCI in post #4 and it is NOT the recipe for ranger cookies. So disappointed.
The cookies tasted OK but did not look or taste like the ones on the ship (which I strongly suspect are from Sysco).

If that is the case, RCL should/must refund deposits and/or any cruise fares that are fully paid without incurring any cancellation fees at it is a change in policy that were in place, when booked.
Agree. They changed the rules after the fact.

I did that and can’t really tell any difference. They really blew it way back when!

If we booked before the dr, note was required do you think we will receive our $900. non refundable deposit back?
If the note had been created before we booked we would not have not booked a cruise on RCCL or any ship requiring it.
I don't see how a FCC will help if they will not let us on the ship.
I am wondering the same thing. They changed the rules in the middle of the game; had this been in place when I booked, I would NOT have chosen the non-refundable deposit. And a future cruise certificate is indeed useless if one is unable to secure the doctors certificate!!!!

I don’t know about Tennessee and Georgia, but the one in Florida is pronounced Sum erna.
I have been corrected approximately 3,247 times.
The one in Tennessee is pronounced smirr-nah

Ok, so I'll ask, where did tbe name "Smyma" come from? It doesn't sound very nice when you say it out loud.😉
Smyrna was a Greek city on the Aegean and several states have a city named Smyrna...such as Tennessee and Georgia in addition to Florida.oops..should have read to the end before replying...

Definition of Chronic disease - MedicineNet
https://www.medicinenet.com/script/main/art.asp?articlekey=33490
Chronic disease: A disease that persists for a long time. A chronic disease is one lasting 3 months or more, by the definition of the U.S. National Center for Health Statistics. Chronicdiseases generally cannot be prevented by vaccines or cured by medication, nor do they just disappear. Eighty-eight percent of Americans over 65 years of age have at least one chronichealth condition (as of 1998). -
Stayed on board. Been to Malaga many times, including an embarkation from there several years ago.
I'm sorry too. Don't think we ever crossed paths that I noticed.

Same here at 730.

We had 3+ hours to make connection at JFK yesterday but since we ended up being 3+ hours late taking off we missed our connection. Too much fuel was loaded and the had to remove it along with a couple of tons of cargo. Most everyone was a distressed traveler. Delta put us up for the night.

Just returned from my first trip this cruise walking thru the Windjammer and it was noticeably uncrowded. They did have a large container of horseradish🤔

Being told there is no horseradish onboard, supplier issues. That's ridiculous.
I do seem to recall seeing some with our seafood tower on day 3. I guess I should have saved it.
was wondering why CK was being so stingy with it! I always ask for extra with shrimp app and normally get a small dish full (not too much for me) but have only gotten about a tablespoon so far😳

Laura is under the weather. At medical now out of an abundance of caution.
I know everyone is concerned, but lets wait until I hear more.
hope she gets a good report and recovers quickly! -

A friend of my is also on this cruise and he wrote on facebook that about 1400 people cancelled this cruise.
Did you here about this and notice it onboard?
I heard yesterday that 2000 cancelled but haven’t really noticed a great change. Top tier today so maybe we will get some numbers.- 3

Ah ha, I see now. Didn’t realize we had actually changed course. Thanks all.

No, I mean why did it show on the course tracking as the zigzag
i.e. I know why they slowed but don’t know why it caused the change in the graph
Final payment due and not sure if we should cancel
