Most don't call for cream cheese. Instead you might see heavy cream, a lot more $$.  Important to soften cream cheese first, then add beaten eggs slowly, whisking as you go.  Most recipes call for 4 egg yolks only. Then you're left with the whites.  I don't personally like them, but DH makes an omelet with them.  I tried using 3 whole eggs, but I take out the membranes and beat the snot out of them before adding. LOL.  Then add the milk and lemon/lime juice.  That's all folks!!

 

Mine is nothing but condensed milk, lime juice, lime zest and egg yolks. I use the whites to make meringue.

She liked men's butts and wasn't shy about it. While we were on vacation she'd ask a guy to: "turn around, now bend a little forward. I want to take a picture of your butt."
