Have had three cruises on Eclipse. The last was May 21st of this year. We found her to sorely in need of rehab. We have booked her again for 2024, in spite of its condition, because it is the only choice going to Bermuda. We were in a sad aft concierge cabin in May. We have upgraded to Aqua to hopefully having better cabin conditions. Love the ships size and staff was fantastic!

I am wonder with 11:30 to 3:30 times given, if you were to pick a time. This seems odd! Have not seen anything like this in our recent sailings. Like post above, time is generally in 1/2 segments. We also stay at Pan Pacific and it a great way to go. Give baggage to bellman and you don’t see it again until it is outside your cabin door.

From what I have read, most of these shuttle services, you go when they schedule . I don’t know how that works when now you schedule you check in time for a Celebrity sailing. I like to be in control on all aspects even if cost is more. I like to check in between 10:30 and 11:00,

I only saw Home2, Fairfield and Springhill listed for May next year. The package was not inexpensive for these brands. In reading some other info, it appeared to me that Elizabeth, NJ was a desired location. I generally prefer to get advice from CC, FB, and look at rating on TripAdvisor. At this point I like the Courtyard in Elizabeth. Most of the hotels in this area have shuttle and parking services so I would think of no reason to use a travel agency. Just my opinion!

Glad you enjoyed your time last Oct. We also enjoyed our time in May, but would liked to have had a pristine stateroom. This tread was started to help resolve issues so others could have a positive experience.
