    That is nota a port tac it is a Value Added Tax VAT that the locality REQUIRES to be added. It is the locality where you are docked that is charging that not NCL.

    The impact of a small amount of pro[lr skoplifting a pack of gum from 7-11 is immaterial. (Any loss is measurable, BTW.)

    The only prepaid gratuities would be on yoeu FAS drink and dining packages. They were covered by yoru FCC so tehy woudl not be refunded, As far as teh port fees and taxez, IN MY OPINION, if they were paid out of pocket, you should get a refund. I am not sure what NCLs policy is though.

    Water is 100% free, simply take your water bottle to the buffet and fill it up.

    Remember that even though they are worth $250 each, you only paid $125 each for them. Sell the for your cost. Don't rup off someone.

    No it is the daily service charge just as it says. There are no gratuities to pre pay (other than on FAS items and things such as specialty dining packages). DSC has nothing to do with tips. YOu tip on board to whomever you wnat to tip in any amount you wnat to tip them/

    I do not know anyone named "U: so I can't say what he would get, but there are several faucets in every cabin plus water is availabel at the buffet as well as all bars and dining facilities. It is free, Bring a water bottle with you and fill it up as needed. Id I do ever meet this guy "U", I will ask hme what he gets and report back.

    You did not get panalized. You got the exact cabin you wnated at a price and terms you agreed to. It is a well known fact that after final payment , cruise lines will often fire sale the left over cabins in order to fil the ship. You knew what you were buying and the terms when youi booked.

    While I'd much prefer cabins to be ready soon after we board the ship, theya re ready when they are ready and I'll enjoy myself having a good time whereever I hang out and whoever I am hanging out with. I'd rather they take their tmie and do the job right than rush through it and do a half ass job.
