YES! This was on Carnival, but my dad left his car keys in the safe 🥴He had to call the car dealership and they sent someone for $200+ fee to get him another key. He ended up calling the cruise line when he got home and they helped him. He had to describe in detail the keys, fob etc, and they ended up mailing him his keys. It was easy, but it may not be super fast.

Quick question, we will be on the MSC Seaside out of Miami for a 7 night cruise and I was wondering how many Elegant/Gala/Formal nights there will be on this cruise. We have only done a 4 night and there was none. Thanks in advance.

We were on Magnifica, different ship, the week of July 22 and we ordered more than one appetizer each, one entree, and one dessert and there was no extra charge. You can order extra apps and desserts without a problem.

It was closed when I went the week of July 22. The tram driver told us it is because they are dredging to allow the larger cruise ship in ( New one that is being built). It was closed for swimming during the day, but it was open at night for the light show and beach party.

MSC has the worst website. Their app is pretty good. I called the US number and the international number and had helpful reps each time.

Yes, we were there the week of July 22 and Bimini Beach had the largest roughest water out of them all. Lighthouse Beach is closed during the day for dredging.

Download the MSC and Me app. I did before we left for the port and I added it there. You can link people to it. You can also upload a better pic of yourself if the one you originally took looked like an inmate pic! My laptop took a pic when I wasn't even ready and on the app you can retake it. They also take a new one anyway at the port when you check in.

In Central FL my high school kids are out May 29th 2025, that is the last day of school. My other child is in college in central FL and he is out April 29th, 2025 ( last day of final exams).

What is the % off and does it work with the Voyagers 5% off or is it one or the other? Where do we submit the info they need?

I am just curious if anyone has had a free cabin upgrade when booking 3 people in a cabin with fantastica experience and pick your location. We cruised our first time on MSC in July on Magnifica and we booked a guaranteed inside cabin with Bella experience, because we booked a cheap quick getaway cruise, and we were upgraded free to a junior balcony cabin. It was a pleasant surprise. That time it was just two of us. I am just wondering if anyone had this happen after you picked your cabin location.

For beach umbrellas, we were on the Magnifica the week of the July 22 for overnight ocean cay sailing and they left coupons in our room. If you take them out with you and hand them in on the beach, they then charge your account. It is $14 the first day ( you arrive in the afternoon) and the next day you have coupon for another rental for $29. You don't have to prebook it. We did, and it was confusing. It only allowed you to book online for one day and not both. Ocean Cay has some construction going on and the Lighthouse Beach area was closed during the day, but open at night for light house show. The tram driver told us they are dredging so it is closed for swimming ( to allow bigger ship in they are building).
