We had FF 13100 on really rocky seas (the kind where you walk from one side of the cabin corridor to the other before drinking). I thought the rough seas were fun and the loud boom was just part of the experience. Hubby OTH was grumpy the next day due to nit sleeping well.

Last year we upgraded to Premium Plus beverage and found that premium wines were basically in the dining rooms, the bar outside MDRs and the wine bar only. Thus, we haven’t upgraded since. I think it works much better for those who drink spirits. also, we’ve had great stewards on our past several cruises since going to 1x service. You probably have either a new steward, a stubborn steward or one ready to go home. It is not the norm.

They’re still chewing the tough steak 🤣 On a serious note, your meal looked delicious…yum.

We found that Port side on Deck 6 was a perfect (less known) entrance AND the bar was right inside. Let me know if this works well for you for future theater events. If so, I’ll share our disembarkation tip at Manhattan terminal.

I can relate. We just got off Bliss a couple weeks ago…and the next cruise isn’t until May. We’re doing Vancouver to Seward on the Jewel. If you have done the Jewel, do you know best place to “squat” for GB?

Ohhhh Africa! We just learned our 2025 cruise from Lisbon to Canary Islands including Agadir and Casablanca has been cancelled due to the Sun (ship) repositioning…boo hiss. But we’ll take the 10% FC discount. I agree with food quality comments…on the Bliss two weeks ago, everything was just okay. There was one or two standouts…but that was it. The meat quality has really suffered most. As @Seas2mountains stated, the steak in Teppanyaki was tough to the point of not eatable, and we’ve stopped going to Moderno because fewer (and slower) meat offerings of lower quality. We will never cruise NCL again. Oh wait, we have a FC% to use! Keep the colorful commentary coming! Looking forward to how the multiple sea days go. p.s. you’re a tough audience as far as entertainment goes 🤣. Or, I’m easily amused (heck, I enjoyed just looking at the image of The PJ Family’s Holiday Cruise).

YUM!! Lucky guy. I get all happy and livin’ the life when I get the standard 3 shrimp jumbo cocktail (jumbo = varying sizes)…with a mere shred of iceberg and a dollop of cocktail sauce.

On our excursion last month, we got scolded for sitting in bus seats that weren’t our original seats. We were made to get up and take the walk of shame to the back of the bus by the lavs so some Karen-types could have their original mid-bus seats. Mind you…there were no personal items “saving” those seats. Evidently when you sit in the back you can easily miss an announcement stating to take your original seats. 😂 Love the infinity pool shot. How amazing that moment must have been. Waiting for MORE!!!

Thanks for the heads-up. We booked Nov ‘25 Sun Lisbon to Canary Islands. I looked snd we also have a 10% disc expiring 12/31/2025. Guess we’ll also get notice soon.

Try the forward “lifts” for faster service. There are more of them snd they take you right to the atrium.
