Why would Carnival announce this change but HAL not announce it?

I notice that on the menu some nights, sometimes MDR and Lido have the same dish. Are these identical dishes? same protein, same sauce, same seasoning? Or is there a difference?

I am also booked for HAL cruise from San Diego. Is there a chance that HAL also cancels their SD cruises? Does the current Alaska staff on the Koningsdam stay the same and come down to SD when that season begins?

I was seriously considering booking a Princess cruise out of San Diego, but I ended up booking with HAL instead around the same period. Hopefully dodged a bullet in that HAL doesn't also cancel.

How do you walk back to port? Don't you have to walk around the entire bay?

Do the hordes of boat-tour sellers also have a non-glass boat, just regular boat tour? How much is the going rate for these tours? Is there room for haggling for these tours? Do most people choose to get dropped off at Medano beach? How then do they get back to the cruise port? Does Cabo have a central historical area that is good for exploring history? I know Mazatlan has a central plaza and Puerto Vallarta has the Centro area.

Can you share some copies of the daily programs?

I just checked and I still have 150 pesos from going to Tijuana last time. But do the buses give change? or do you need to have change yourself?

I can only find programs from 2018. Anybody can share 2022 programs?

I'm just looking at the google maps, and I assume the cruise ship docks at "Puerto Vallarta Cruise Port". From there, it looks like there is a "Puerto Magico" mall right across from the cruise port. And it looks like beyond the mall and looping around the corner, there is a bus station.

I'm thinking it might actually be cheaper to just Uber down to Malecon. Especially if we just share with 2 more fellow cruisers.

We are scheduled for Mexican Riviera cruise with HAL, visiting these 3 towns. I prefer exploring the town itself, rather than going on paid tours. What are the best things to see and do in these towns?

Do you really eat 3 meals a day? It seems painfully filling. First you got those eggs benedict, waffles, french toast on breakfast. Then you got either buffet or lunch in MDR. Then you got that multi-course meal in MDR dinner. Can you actually eat those meals pleasurably? Or do you find that you have to skip meals.

I don't mean the printout of the menu. I mean the actual photo of the food dishes.

Does anybody have pictures of all the MDR menu items currently available?

Did you get your testing through that LHI? Let me know how it went, did the result really come within an hour?

Does HAL accept these at home tests?? How can HAL verify the test?
