Someone I know who hasn't sailed since achieving Prime before April 2021 has these offers on their account:

I've done that. I was on a comped cruise and didn't even play my free play (the Pinnacle $8) But then a friend pointed out that my card was taken for Casino comped drinks at the bar, so the Casino knows I was there and DIDN'T play. oooops. I did still get comps, but they've dried up as I haven't sailed the reserved ones yet. I plan to play and have fun on them!

Did you have to pay anything other than taxes, like usual? If not, then you can be a no-show, and get your taxes back.

how did you get liquor? Are you a Rockstar?

do W-2G list the ship and sail date? If so, I suppose it would be easy enough to refute an incorrect submission as you wouldn't be on that ship manifest?

You have to do something on your computer to fix the C&A error. I believe it was to go into your profile. Change your C&A number to something wrong. Save it. Then come back and put in the correct one. Save it. Voila?

I read in the Pinnacle Certificate T&Cs that it applies to the sailing pinnacle is achieved or the next cruise. But is it the next new booking? Because the one I will achieve is only $900, and the one after is a casino comp, as are a few others. And others already booked use FCCs and/or are with 2x points. So I'm hoping it's the next NEW booking! Anybody have any experience? (rather than interpretations of the T&C....) real experience. post covid shutdown, please!
